On 5/6 I made the mistake of ordering Pella French doors from Lowes. 3 weeks later when the doors arrived the hardware (handles) were not included. In checking out the Lowes rep admitted he made a mistake on the order and the handles I ordered were not available. But there were not any handles included at all. Me and my wife were at sonic today 07/23/2007. Just waiting at the drive to place an order. You know (fast food) for about 6 minutes and never got the call over the little box. 3 Three people behind us waited and then just left. In 2005, I met with Ruth Moore to purchase gowns from her and be trained in how to open and run a bridal store. She said we could get every dress manufacturer from her and that she had a network of other stores she helped across the nation. She was located in Medford, MN and I was in Florida. I ordered Sky TV as a new service over two weeks ago. Spectrum, the installer was supposed to come today (July 21, 2007). Lo and behold, Sky never sent the viewing card ahead of time, so the appointment with Spectrum's engineer was canceled when Spectrum called to firm up the installation. I have a used truck that I bought as a never damaged truck. I have had to get the from straighten and a wheel that has a flat place in it, always have complained about this to the dealer, recessively I had some warranty work done which they replaced the fuel pump. This is just the latest in the saga of this sad piece of crap. This will be the sixth (I think) service call. During the convection cook cycle the unit went belly up. No reboot. DOA. Prediction: unit will have to come down for repair and only one serviceman will be sent requiring a reschedule which will result in the same thing. Several weeks after my wife dropped off a car rented from County Car Rental our American Express was charged for $1200 for damages. I bought a Sears Calypso Washer made by Whirlpool in 2001 and it has been fairly reliable until recently (but we did not use the machine heavily). Last year it started having problems during the cycle, stopping to display the SL and LD lights. I figured some ways around the problem but now it is impossible to make the machine work. I also find that participation in the litigation closed just two months ago!
