On June 19th I purchased a 10 week old pomeranian puppy from Pomsource.com. Carol and Scott Miller own this operation, and sell puppies over the internet. After signing a contract and paypaling them the purchase price, they shipped me the puppy. A package was being sent to me from Austin (about 4 hours away). We live in a very rural area, DHL delivers in this area only on Tues. and Thurs. (btw.. UPS delivers daily, except Sun.). Of course everyone knows that ebay created paypal as a means of collecting money for transactions. What everyone doesn't do is read the end user agreement from paypal to know that they have a disclaimer for every possible situation that doesn't favor the seller or the buyer but themselves. Beware buyer. I ordered from this company Skate America 2 months ago a pair of shoes. So a week goes by, they send an e-mail apologizing for the delay and that my order will soon arrive. How hard is it to order one meal. ONE meal mind you. Double Hamburger... fries and coke... the employee asks : DO YOU WANT CHEESE? I state NO... Just a double hamburger. The facility 7616 Denton Hwy#532, Ft Worth Tx 76148 charged me $12.53 for writing a prescription for ea of my 4 dogs (total of $50.12) telling me it was a record keeping charge which I believe is if not illegal it is immoral to say the least. The lady who helped me didn't even seems concerned when I mentioned I was going to file a complainant. My boss went to the Circuit City in Lancaster, PA and was treated very poorly. She was in the store for 20 minutes and no one helped her. When she asked for service, the associates directed her to other associates. When she finally got frustrated she went to customer service and was directed to a manager. The manager on duty said to her that she would just have to wait because of it being unusually busy. I don't think that was a proper response. As a manager they should have helped my boss. A word to the wise - do not purchase anything from this company on the internet until you read EVERYTHING. I purchased a Kohler toilet seat and it turned out to be the wrong color. We had Comcast for 2 years, they supplied our cable phone and internet. We started experiencing problems with our phone service right away. Our phone would go out for hours at a time we were unable to receive and make calls. When I contacted them from a payphone I would sit on hold forever to be told that they ran a check and yes it does not seem to be functioning properly. A & e factory service does not show up for appointments, they do not call. If you call A & E you just get a run around, the only way to reach the corporate offices is by mail, they are owned someway by sears. There was an expert called 'A True Psychic' they had identical reviews (obviously fake ones) and is the same person as Amazingly Accurate Sena. I took my car in to have a VERY slow tire leak PATCHED. I made it very clear to the clerk that I only wanted the tire patched and they should call me for anything else. When I went to pick up my car the tire had been plugged. Every tire manufacturer & tire industry guideline that I know of says that a tire should never be plugged. I called the number provided and after several attempts i got through to a spanish speaking person who informed me that i had signed up for this service. I ordered spices from this company (as I have previously). The order was confirmed to have shipped on 8/2/07. Tracking thru UPS reveals they received billing information only and never a physical package. Attempted to contact via e-mail, phone and US mail without success. I have called their phone number and let it ring several minutes, until a recorded message states all lines are busy-try later. E-mails by the dozen to all three of their units (sales, orders, websales). I do not recommend this company though their products are good.
