My complaint involves a moving company that has no respect for its customers and is able to treat people as poorly as they feel with no consequence. I called them to let them know my 3 year old son wrote on our leather sofa with pen. I filed the claim the next day. They sent a tech out 3 weeks later. I purchased a top of the line washer and dryer in September 2006 along with a 5 year protection plan. I called Sears to set up an appointment for a technician to repair my washer as when I press the on button the machine does not power up. I purchased a Dell computer in March of 2006. By Aug. it was already starting to give problems. I was calling tech support about every 2-3 weeks, until finally they said they would send me a "new" processor. It was not "new". I had charges on my acct from these frauds. I called my bank, spoke w/branch manager and was advised to call each one & demand refunds. When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. Memphis OB-GYN this group overbooks something fierce. You typically get in no less than one hour after your appt. Once in, the nurse takes your stats and tells you there is no available room and you are left to go back out in the waiting room yet again to wait even longer. I used allvantage for several years without one complaint, in the last few months people pc has taken over and they are a nightmare to deal with. I am disappointed in the attitude of the Sleepy's sales staff. I purchased a pillow on July 28, 2007 with an understanding from the salesman that I could return it within 21 days. EVERY TIME I download ANY file attached to an email, the Download Confirmation screen freezes and cannot be closed. The hour glass cursor replaces the arrow/pointer and disables all access.
