On 09/04/2007, I found a representative from Centerpoint energy in my driveway who informed me that he was here to disconnect my gas service. I placed an order for lights on May 12th. I was told they would ship June 18th. Then July 27th. Then Aug 27th. Here it is Sept 4th, and still no lights and no response to my emails, calls, etc. If you try to talk to service status, you are ALWAYS put into a voice message and the calls do not get returned (they say it could take up to 2 days). I purchased my new Toshiba 50HP66 50 inch plasma TV online on August 2, 2007. It arrived on August 7. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. Ordered a sofa, love seat and recliner in May. Received the product the first week of July. The sofa and love seat do not match the recliner both in color and fabric type. We have given an arm cover for each piece back to the warranty center who in turn sent it to Laz Boy headquarters in Michigan. All they would offer was a $250 credit. I started taking some yoga classes at this studio, only 1 bathroom by gender for a large number of people. Under the “loving” atmosphere there, they are always inviting to take MORE classes especially with their yoga master. This is without mentioning how young are the instructors that honestly sometimes you can feel their EGO up there. My wife an I booked the PTP to handle our wedding because it sits in a beautiful location. We ordered a stove and microhood from Sears.com and picked it up at West Lebanon NH store. The stove and microwave were both malfunctioning from day 1. I too have been scammed. I got the 15 day trial and then they sent me a month supply which I refused and sent back. Now I am getting collection notices for $276.75 from Recovery and Collection. I have registered my phone numbers on the "Do Not Call List" however I am still receiving unsolicited phone calls. The subject of this message is a call I received from 419-474-9385 (Ameritech). After answering the call and telling them to not call back they continue to call ignoring my request. They also come up on my phone as "unknown name".
