I was billed after the trial period was over. I called within the month and cancled the service.
I was informed that my account would be cancled. After reviewing my statement, I discovered that I was still being billed. In previous months I saw a 4.99 charge on my statement and figured my spouse had this. After a few months of seeing this consistently, I confronted her and she stated it was not her charge. After some investigation I discovered that I was still being billed. I called Intuit and they informed me that they could only refund 3 months of service. I asked them to review my last call and they had no notes. I asked if they could look to see any website activity and they stated that fees are billed for an active account, not activity. To an extent I understand their point, however I think this shows that they are not a first rate vendor. All calls are suppose to be monitored for quality assurance, however, this must be a cliche because certainly I spoke with someone from their company. As a matter of principle, I am looking up my phone records to get an exact date and provide them a specific time of our conversation as well. If you are looking for superior service, do not look to this company. They are second rate at best.

They promised to deliver a website within four weeks, they charged my credit card four hundred
dollars this is the sixth week and nothing yet ,I have been transfered to three different account managers, one was promoted, the other quit,the third tries to sell me more features and I have not seen a design yet.I am calling my credit card company and canceling every thing.
