I enrolled into the membership with GreatFunsite in conjunction with a purchase I made with priceline.com as the website promised a 15% cashback on my purchase with Priceline. The membership was free for the first 30 days following which unless I canceled I would be charged $11.99. Ever since we made a new account with this company we would have to call to get our gas tank filled, which was okay with us. The problems began shortly after during the summer of 2004 when we called up and did not come for 2 or 3 weeks until we called again. So at least twice a year we have to boil water to take showers because we would call, the gas runs out and they won't come. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Randall Noe Hyundai and while the sales experience and negotiations went very well, the finance experience left a lot to be desired. When a customer has finished with the sales negotiations you should not have to negotiate with the finance department. (I already had my own financing). All I expect to happen is to sign the paperwork. Instead we played the shell game of either you use our financing or you lose the Hyundai rebates. I ordered thru the drive thru and i couldn't understand anything they said and and i had to ask over and over. When i gave the cashier the money and she dropped the change i had to give her more change when i got my change back she thought i was giving her a tip. When i got home the food was not fresh and cold so i called to speak to the manager. I asked for a 1-800 number he said there was no one, so later he attempted to find one and could not. A friend of mine was just terminated because of a $60.00 mistake on a customers order and was interrogated for about two and a half hours not to mention all of the mental stress that was involved. Sears need to stop treating employees like dogs and treating them with respect, because they are not just employees they are friends and family of consumers. In addition to sending a documented complaint to Juniper, I've filed complaints with the Delaware attorney general and the Delaware Better Business Bureau. I called Juniper's automated hotline in June for my balance, and sent a payment for the full amount with a note to close the account. I received the July statement with a $10 "finance charge." BEWARE OF FRAUD company E-XS.COM who sold us fake parts worth 5320 US$ in the month of July 2006. This company closed its operations within 15 days of cheating us. I was ripped off by this company too. Initially i never spoke to a live person either. The automated voice was very confusing and kept offering other products that i kept refusing. I never got the total charges detailed before it cut me off, but of course my credit card number was collected first thing. All my son's moving was hired by myself for a short distance move which would take a 15 minute drive from my storage unit to my new home. They were 2.5 hours late because the driver did not speak english and could not find his way around. I had to have him follow me everywhere so he wouldn't get lost. Ordered two Samurai Shark buy one get one free $10.00 each with a set of 2 Shears free, and the French Chef's Knife $9.95, the lady said first set with knife was $7.95 Postage and Handling and $4.95 for the second set (Just the 2 Shears). In july of 2006, I bought a 2006 Chevrolet impala, from Champion Chevrolet. I'm getting lots of paint chip on the hood, doors, and rust on the trunk area. When I brought it in, I was told the rust was covered on the warranty, but the chips are considered normal wear & tear. I've had around six new cars, and we usually keep them from 6 to 10 years. The reason for this is because they don't have set shipping costs. They could send out your item(s) in one box or in one box per item and charge you shipping for each item.
