Comcast www.comcast.com As an intro rate was about to expire I got a call from Veronica. She told me about the digital package and its intro rate was actually lower than the rate I was at currently. I made a point to ask her "after the intro period what will I be paying" her response was "less than you are paying now" 6 months later I get a bill $40 more than before and $30 more than I was expecting. Just wanted everyone to know that Staples DOES NOT stand by it's 110% pricing policy. I brought an add from another store within 2 days after I purchased the same item at Staples. They matched the price, however the woman manger stated that Staples discontinued it's 110% price refund a few days earlier. My wife and son went to Ireland on vacation, she booked a car rental with EUROPCAR through the ORBITZ website. When it was booked it stated that CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) was included in the price. When she got there to pick up the car they said that the CDW was not included and she could not get a car without it. So they canceled her reservation and made another for her at a substantially higher rate. Does anyone know what can be done about AT&T Wireless service? My calls drop, my signal bar is "one or two" strength. AT&T indicates that they DO NOT HAVE TO GUARANTEE SERVICE. But, depending on the rep I speak with, here is their response: *we have no towers in the area, *we have two towers and cannot understand why no service*it's your phone*when Cingular switched to AT&T, it affected the towers*and NO we cannot allow you out of your legal contract which expires in April 2008. The people at the store were just as nice as could be, and several of our pieces have defects, small enough we decided to overlook, but the delivery is ridiculous! Had great experience with direct tv until I needed service. First scheduled technician did not fix problem. Second and third did not show up in the specified time frames (6-8 am and 8 am -12 pm). I received an oil change at NTB location (766) in Sachse Texas in May of 07. In June, my car broke down. After taking it to the Honda Dealer, they found a towel installed inside my evap drain, which cause water to spill onto my ECM, requiring it to be replaced which cost $827.97. The tech obviously shoved a towel up in the drain to keep the water from dripping on him while he changed my oil. I do have the towel that was used. I am sure it is an honest mistake, but it was also a very costly one that I am having to pay. After many attempts, they have yet to contact me. read full review »

I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. I had my WaMu card service changed to SST. Someone (an employee) used my card without my permission. She didn't know that it was close to the limit and used it for a lot of small purchases. This was in May of 07. I have since then been trying to keep up with their fees of over the limit and them charging me late fees. They are constantly calling me and harassing me. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover.
