Hi we recently went to Lebo's on Kellogg Ave and it was disgusting!!! Flies all over the place (inside) tiles on the floor coming up, a weird cat pee smell through out the whole place. I signed with Bellsouth/Protection One in August of 2006 and paid an install of $149 and agreed to $29.95/month. Our business lease is up in December of 2007. When we called to cancel, we were told this is a 5 year agreement! Who signs a 5 year agreement? Who pays for an install on a 5 year lease? This company is the same company that was also know as allmyfavoriteshows.com. The DVDs that were sent to me were poor copies and in my case (which was a 12 set DVD) some of the DVDs were duplicates. I contacted them several times by phone and by internet only to be told that they were sending me a replacement set at their expense with a return envelope for my faulty DVD set. Two years ago, I got a set of Craftsman cordless tools from Sears. Recently the battery charger became defective and I tried to buy another one. My wife has Multiple Scerlosis and was told that she can not come into the Disney Theme Parks after we purchased our disney vacation package, with her Segway which she has a medical prescription to have and absolutely needs to get around. I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. Six weeks ago, Metro Factory Service came to repair my KitchenAid refrigerator. The technician said the problem was a defrost timer, which he replaced. I asked Kroger to transfer a balance from an American Express Card run out of USAA federal savings bank. They somehow sent a check to American Express itself instead of USAA and the money disappeared. I too have problems with the Kenmore Elite Trio Refrig. Mine has a bad fan motor. I have had the refrig. for two years, while under maintenance agreement having the same trouble getting the appliance serviced another person. I bought a few high dollar pillows, down, and was generally happy with them. After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood. We purchased a refrigerator freezer from Sears?in the spring of 2000. It was a problem from the get go.
