In February of 2007 I brought my car to Ted’s Auto Service and Body Shop (hereafter referred to as “Ted’s Auto Body”) for both mechanical and body repairs following an accident. Please dont buy from Aaron's Sales & Lease. I leased from them in 2002 at the Lancaster, S.C. store. Paid off three items. I have made it known to them every month I have two disable sons and I am at dr. or hospital alot. They may not hear from me for days, but I will always pay my payment before the other payment is due. The day after due date they start calling, harassing my children by telling them they are coming to get our furniture. They upset my children and get them crying. BE WARNED! Do not be fooled into getting CRICKET cell phone service. They boast that they only charge in advance for the upcoming month of service and that it will only be a flat rate of $45.00 I tried to pay for my a year of daughter's CRICKET phone service when she went away to college and although it shows on my bank statement that I paid $872.12 for the phone and 12 months of service with taxes, they continued to bill me. I answered an ad in the paper for employment. It was advertised as a Warehouse/ Customer Service Job. It was not that. Not only was the job misrepresented but their practices were very shakey. They made many promises that were lies. I worked for one week and never received pay. The work hours were from 10am to 10pm. They placed all the blacks together in one group and others in another group. The job was knocking on doors soliciting customers and not warehouse work or customer service and advertised. If you go to attequpmentrebate.com you will see there is alot of people that have been ripped off including myself. I think this is in need of a class action lawsuit! I have been denied a rebate check even though I qualified back in June 07 and they issued me a check twice only to cancel them before they were mailed and now they say I don't qualify because I moved? I used there service over the 60 days as per our agreement and they had no problem sending me three "final bills" {one for 1cent} as I gave them my forwarding address! Don't get a Cricket phone! They will overbill you and treat you like a criminal when you call to readjust your bill. Then, they will charge you a $15.00 service charge for calling! Then they will send it to collections right away while you are still trying to readjust the bill and they will cut your phone off. Don't bother going to the store to try to get help when the 1-800 number representatives are no help. The store representatives are even worse! They can't think for themselves. Dunlop has discontinued the Sport 5000! My first set lasted 46,000 miles, the second set lasted just over 25,000. Dunlop will not make an adjustment, as they say the tire is rated for only 25,000 miles. In 3 months and just 2500 miles the apparent "soft" tires lost 3/32 tread, making the tires "illegal" to drive. I closed escrow on the sale of my house on 08-01-07. GMAC Mortgage automatically applied a $16+ Thousand dollar pre-payment penalty to the pay-off amount on my mortgage. The company this complaint is about is for a Coast to Coast Transmissions. They also go under the name of Nations Transmissions, or Transmissions-1.com. I had a problem which seemed to be a transmission problem. I talked to them specifically with about what would happen if it was not a transmission problem. They charged a S17 fee to find that out. Cricket is not very customer friendly . After several trips and complaints about a new faulty phone covered by insurance, it took me 6 weeks to have it replaced. After having to give them an additional forty five dollars. Also having to travel 60 mile round trip to a Cricket store where they service phones.Also was told to utilize phone the first time till battery was left with no more power before I charge it. After several attempts to get a mocha joe at the orangeburg burger king restaurant with no success after having 1 when they 1st advertised this as a coffee/chocolate (mocha) drink, using both walk in and drive in service and then speaking to a manager with no success I am very disappointed, being a person who does appreciate a good coffee drink will not be returning to any Burger King in the future and will advise anyone who asks me not to bother. The same as with most complaints i have read from this company, they lure you with unclear advertising and you do not realize you will be charged monthly until after you have payed the 4.95 to mail you some software that they never do. Hello, I was at a McDonalds in Naperville, Illinois on 75th street, and I have been increasingly perplexed as to why the entrance/exit door to the establishment is literally right next to the drive thru?? I have noticed this with some other McDonalds as well. This is very very dangerous. Why would the entrance be so close to cars, who are trying to leave??? I am sure that people, have gotten struck by vehicles because of this. This has been on my mind, and I have been seeing this same construction in many other MacDonald's. Was told numerous times the fee is a flat $44.95 for the 18 month period in which I signed up for. Received first statement for $56.65. After reading tour complaints regarding this company I realized my only recourse was to CANCEL my credit card, my credit card company confirmed the $4.87 amount from Hootia Fusion fortunately I was able to prevent further charges, closed my account and will issue me a new card. Currently I have more than 1 vehicle insured by Badger Insurance Company in Illinois. A recent incident happened to cause damage to 2 of the fully covered autos. One of my vehicles rolled backward (no one in either vehicle) into the other, thus causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Upon having the vehicles transported to a Collision Center I was informed that the body work would be done to both vehicles but the company would not cover matching paint-trim to one of the vehicles.
