After the 7 day trial, my attempts to stop the automatic payments went to deaf ears. Two of my 'tickets' I submitted were deleted without a response at all. We entered into a rent-to-own agreement with them in May 2006. Since then, they have harassed us with inspections of the property every 3 months. Our contract states they can enter to inspect twice a year. I also feel that I have been involved with a “bait and switch” tactic with the Dish Network. I signed up with the Dish through AllSat a direct reseller of the Dish network. I was clearly told that my monthly bill for the service I signed up for would be $54.99 with the HD package being free for the first 10 months. My current bill I is $74.99. These guys sent three Russian movers that threatened to damage my belongings if they didn't receive adequate tips. Management didn't care and protected them. The managers ignored me. They also refused to weigh my goods but overcharged after the initial low estimate. The owner is a con-artist and a horrible person. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven. Dunlop has discontinued the Sport 5000! My first set lasted 46,000 miles, the second set lasted just over 25,000. Dunlop will not make an adjustment, as they say the tire is rated for only 25,000 miles. In 3 months and just 2500 miles the apparent "soft" tires lost 3/32 tread, making the tires "illegal" to drive. I just purchased a grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy's today. I noticed the sign said new sauce. Well the sauce was unnoticeable, but the fact that the skin was still on part of the piece of chicken after I had taken several bites was not. Now I am hoping that the chicken was cooked! I have been denied a rebate check even though I qualified back in June 07 and they issued me a check twice only to cancel them before they were mailed and now they say I don't qualify because I moved? I answered an ad in the paper for employment. It was advertised as a Warehouse/ Customer Service Job. It was not that. Not only was the job misrepresented but their practices were very shakey. They made many promises that were lies. I worked for one week and never received pay. The work hours were from 10am to 10pm. They placed all the blacks together in one group and others in another group. The job was knocking on doors soliciting customers and not warehouse work or customer service and advertised.
