This company, www.merchantcircle.com , is a directory for businesses in all areas. I thin they get their listings from a phone book and an old one at that. They then let you sign up for free, or better yet, sell you a subscription to promote your business. We received 3 telephone calls last Friday at 3 different telephone numbers in our Salon. We purchased a 6 by 10 ft Sear's garden shed. The instructions are extremely poor to start with. The walls and roof panels are flimsy aluminum. The shed does not come with a floor. We bought a anchoring kit. Trying to get the roof panels holes to match required removing the roof beams and lots of pressure to align the holes. The instructions are the floor frame must be level and square. I would not recommend a Sear's shed to anyone. The worst fitting tuxedo that I have ever worn. I went in twice to get fitted, wanting to make sure it was right. However, the vest is at least three sizes too big. The shirt is too big. I am really disappointed wearing this to my son's wedding. I am over 50 years old and have rented formal wear many times. This is by far the worse fitting I have ever gotten. It's not a coincidence that this place has the word "corporation" in the title. Flying Hills Apartments makes you feel like just another number. I spent a year here and I'm just glad it's over with. I stayed at Super 8 Motel in Cottonwood, AZ. I warn all visitors beware. There is a clerk from hell. I was placed in a room next door to an extremely loud guest next day. I asked for another room. Three out of four managers at the Express Clothing Store at MacArthur Mall are the worst. They harass the sales associates about harassing the customers about applying for credit cards when not every customer wants to be tied back to a store. One manager, is also disrespectful of an associates hours when I distintly heard that she had to leave when her shift was over. On July 31, 2007 I had downloaded my confirmation for airline tickets I brought online from CheapOAir for a roundtrip from La Guardia, NY to Atlanta, Georgia & return flights for my Godaughter MonaLisa Carlo and her daughter Mia-Mikeal Brown. At the end of April I ordered and paid for a rebuilt lower unit for my Yamaha outboard boat engine from Marine Partsfinders Inc . May 1 my credit card was charged for $1805.00 including shipping and a core charge for the return of the old part. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. This small chain has a few locations in NC. But the Bordeaux location in Fayetteville, NC has problems potential members need to be aware of. Since no one cares about current members, maybe potential ones can make a difference. Like all gyms, the staff acts nice and attentive when you sign up. After that-forget it. I've worked most of my entire life. However while doing construction work I was totally blinded in my right eye in 1997 by a nail gun. I purchased a bracelet 6/16/07... I did not wear it immediately but when I did, it broke--literally fell apart. On today, I finally got back into the store with the bracelet and was told nothing could be done. Two reasons were given: 1) I bought it 4 mos ago and, 2) it is not Marshall's problem if it broke. We arrived at the hotel and were impressed by the lobby of the hotel so we assumed (we all know what happens when you assume) and were given our room keys. The halls were nice and the hotel "appeared" to be clean. Upon entering our room we were immediately met by a ghastly smell of old carpet. Because I had a class at that hotel I did not switch hotels. I have used several dehumidifiers in different locations over the last 20 years, to keep basements and garages dry. I am using three now. I always buy whirlpool brand. Usually the largest unit they have holding the most water. I have two sitting side by side in a garage now. I purchased this from a Company called Open Chute, inc and it took over two weeks to receive. There return policy is terrible, I would never buy anything from them again. When I finally used the machine the espresso has a consistently burnt taste no matter what you do and very little crema. In July 2007 I cashed a 0% balance transfer check from Capital One, and each month since then have not only been charged 23.63% of finance charges, my principle balance even with the excess charges has not been properly credited. I have talked to account managers and senior account managers who have promised to correct this problem with written confirmation, and each time the problem only seems to get worse. After 3 months of payments in excess of $400, less than $30 has been credited toward the am0unt of the original transfer. 3515 Hudson Dr., Stow Ohio This company has absolutely no ethics. They were going to charge me $700 over what they would have charged my insurance for dental work on me and my two daughters. The problem is that is a breach of contract with the insurance company. They are not allowed to charge over the agreed upon price in their contract. I had humana insurance and had to have a c-section to deliver my baby. Humana said in their contract they will pay if it was life threating. All of the paperwork had been submitted and the claims had still been denied. Their excuse was were do not have the right documentation to process this claim. I went to the doctors office and hospital made copies of the file and over nighted them to their office. Still nothing has come from it. In early 2007 I applied for a credit card with Continental Finance. At the onset I was slammed with charges equaling $225 and had available credit of around $60 dollars. I made charges of $66.23. I called several times to dispute my statement and could never get a live person on the line.
