This company offered the product on a free trial offer, all i needed to do was pay a s/h cost to defray cost. If i liked the product within 14 days after receiving product i would be charged the cost of the bottle. It was only 3 days later and my account was charged the full price of the product. I tried to call the number but was unsuccessful many times. I went to their website and found out they have many different complaints on the same thing. I recently recieved a call from an employee named Terry at the Total Loss Department. Terry called me on 10/31/07 at approximatly 3:40 pm. At this time Terry asked me to make a payment. Sadly, we purchased a Maytag refrigerator in December 2006. We are currently listening to the drumbeat of the FOURTH damper that has been installed in this unit. Maytag admits that a poorly engineered damper is the cause. They refuse to trade or issue a credit, claiming that a noisy (really noisy!!) damper is not a defect. I went home last Oct 17 and received a message that my name was reported to collection agency by the AT&T. I was shock and called the given phone number and find told me to called there customer service. Same day I called the customer service to be asked to called there inventory center. On 10/20/07 I was notified by Cadillac that my fuel line was possibly defective and to take it to my nearest dealer and have it repaired at NO CHARGE 'I was told by the dealer that by repairing the fuel line it might possibly deamage the fuel pump abd i would have to pay for the replacement of a new fuel pump if necessary. I contacted Cadillac and they basically told me the same thing. I have been in a 12 week nightmare. At the beginning of August, I purchased a dining room suite (table, 6 chairs, buffet and hutch). I was told that delivery would be 3-8 weeks. At the time, I was fine with that as Thanksgiving was almost 2 months from the worst-case scenario. We purchased a tv from HH Gregg (90 days same as cash) on our HH Gregg credit card and changed our billing address at the store. This change was apparently not related to ge money bank who said it was our responsibility to change it through them. I activated my Verizon services in MARCH of 2000 and when I received my first bill there were charges on it for chat line fees that incurred in FEBRUARY of 2000. I wasn't even a customer then! I attempted to help a friend reimage a Compaq Presario 6330 - a good machine, the problem was that HP service is now in India for many machines - and although I am a patient person, I got the run around 3 times and now I find that HP no longer carries the recovery disks!
