My husband and I purchased a house in July and before closing we needed the furnace to be inspected. Gray's Gas in Greensboro, Md. inspected the furnace and gave us a formal letter stating that it was in working condition. Several months later, it got cold outside and we needed to turn on our furnace and it did not work. I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. The quality is horrible and the sad part is that I have most of the episodes from recording the same marathon. I need help. I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force One sneakers advertised on the above named site. Cost was 59.99 and 11.64 shipping for a total of $71.63.
