One was a DI-784 Tri-Mode Dualband Wireless 108MBps router with all the accessories and the other was a DI-624_revC router, again with all the accessories. The DI-624 was for use in my business. This is the email I sent to GE: "I have lost confidence in your product. I am now on my 3rd hot water heater and 5th Watt's relief valve. The 1st tank leaked around the plastic at the base of hot water side. The 2nd leaked around both sides and out of one of the dimple holes around the relief valve. I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground. After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. Last month I had a problem with this company. They sent me a bill charging me a late fee and an added fee after the payment had been made. I have had cabinets installed by home depot, pull out of existing cabinets started november 13th. Cabinet install on november 15th finishing the next day. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not. On January 28, while driving home from a friends house, I heard a "pop" from the bottom of my car and then lost compression in my engine. The car was struggling to idol. This company is denying a claim without FULLY investigating the accident. They did not contact all witnesses that are stated on the police report. After speaking to the adjuster, Dee Monaco, she informed me that she was denying the claim due to conflicting stories between both parties. The technician told me if he did half the job I would run the risk of the furnace breaking down and it would cost me 10-15 thousand to get a new one. I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from South Coast Acura in January 2007. I paid cash for the car and paid cash for a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. In November 2007, the car broke down out of state.
