They never responded so I went to website and there along with the directions to make a return it reported that Diane's Paint and Wallpaper Co. charges a 25% restocking fee. This is the email I sent to GE: "I have lost confidence in your product. I am now on my 3rd hot water heater and 5th Watt's relief valve. The 1st tank leaked around the plastic at the base of hot water side. The 2nd leaked around both sides and out of one of the dimple holes around the relief valve. Kmart advertises, buy one board game, get one free - Thursday only! I purchase total of 6 games plus tableware that happens to be on sale. I get to my friends house and it turns out I am charged the full price for the tableware. My friend was nice enough to take me back to Kmart and $16.30 was returned due to overcharge. I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground. After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. I tried to close my account to get my money back but they were not friendly to do so. In summary the service sucks. Last month I had a problem with this company. They sent me a bill charging me a late fee and an added fee after the payment had been made. I have my payments sent by my bank so I was able to go in a get a copy of the check cashed by Continental Finance and email them a copy of the check. On November 8, 2007 - I won a pogo jackpot in the game WordCraft of approximately $3,000. There was a matter of filling out a W-9 form. I have had cabinets installed by home depot, pull out of existing cabinets started november 13th. Cabinet install on november 15th finishing the next day. The following day, we began to put our kitchen back together when we noticed a puddle of water on floor under dishwasher and all along wall of new cabinets. With Christmas season here, I wanted to send a word of warning regarding Samsung televisions. My husband purchased me a 32" LCD Television on 12/20/2005 for Christmas at a cost of over $1,800.00. It seems that these apartments must have a revolving door policy when it comes to keeping management and maintenance personnel. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not. The tickets can be used at limited times to limited places. They were advertised as 2 free airline tickets to anywhere in U.S. Not continental US just US. On January 28, while driving home from a friends house, I heard a "pop" from the bottom of my car and then lost compression in my engine. The car was struggling to idol. I had a $49.95 dollar coupon that ended up $4,518 dollars. I told him I was a first time home buyer and that he could be ripping me off. The technician told me if he did half the job I would run the risk of the furnace breaking down and it would cost me 10-15 thousand to get a new one. I recently received a letter from Afni, Inc indicating that I owe 111.28 for a verizon account that they claim I owe since 1998. It has been 10 years so I do not have any recollection of this bill but I can say I never received a bill prior to moving. I am rather surprised that I am being charged for a bill that is 10 years old. I have no proof that I actually owe this money. When I purchased the DVD in June, 2007, I was only charged the shipping of $3.95. I've noticed a deduction from my account of $59.95 per month since then. When I called the company and told them I had not authorized the deductions and I wanted them reversed, I was told that it was impossible. I was told that this was noted in the "service agreement". I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from South Coast Acura in January 2007. I paid cash for the car and paid cash for a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. In November 2007, the car broke down out of state.
