This store has a history of selling food that that has either expired or gone bad. Over the past year I have made at least 6 complaints to Save Mart management. I purchased a mattress and box springs April 2003 from a local Bed Outlet. It was a Marsala Plush set with low profile Box. I noticed that the material that encloses this mattress was starting to break apart in several areas. It was on both sides of the mattress. I was in #7243 i am a hotwheel collector and found a very hard to find car and paid for it, i didn't think it would be that hard to put all my items in the bag since i only had 4 things. Got home which is 26 miles from the store and realized she hadn't bagged everything, called them and they said they hadn't had anything left behind if i wanted a or replacement for it but they didn't have the same car i had paid for. I made payments online through my bank in plenty of time before the due dates, and then find out when I get my bill that they didnt get the payment till a week later, somehow, and have charged late fees and increased my interest rate to 32%! I called Grant Pro Writer about some money to fix up my house, they gave me a confirmation number and I should receive my information pack and c.d. in the mail within 2 weeks and it would just cost me about $10.00 and I can cancel any time. They will start taking out 29.95 out of my account every month once I received the pack. Well it's been 2 months and they are taking 29.95 out of my account and I still have not received anything. Incessant, unsolicited calls at least 5 to 10 times per day to my home phone. All hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. Will not allow you to call back; recording that "call cannot be completed as dialed". THIS DEALERSHIP RUINED MY PAPERWORK! They have done the same thing to my fiance'. Lucky he caught it within 3 moths of the first charge. He called and cancelled and then raised a little hell until they refunded the last charge. Similar to others, first billing had a late fee and finance charge. Three phone calls, unable to reach supervisor, finally reached supervisor who had an attitude. Care Credit is GE Money and GE Money is owned by GE. I have emailed them at https://www.ge.com/contact/contact_form.html as I suggest we all do. Within 30 minutes of finding this out, I asked for my money back. Their policy says 60 day money back guarantee. The good news: My Frigidaire sidebyside compressor failed one week before the warranty expired. The bad news: Warranty service is in the hands of A & E Factory Service. I had to wait several days (called Monday morning - appointment was for Thursday 1-5p.m.) before a technician could come out & verify that the compressor was bad. I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground. After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. This is the email I sent to GE: "I have lost confidence in your product. I am now on my 3rd hot water heater and 5th Watt's relief valve. The 1st tank leaked around the plastic at the base of hot water side. The 2nd leaked around both sides and out of one of the dimple holes around the relief valve.
