They want to take out $90 on 12/28,$60 on 1/11, $100 on 1/25 and $100 on 2/8 that is $350 dollars can they take that much money from a person? It doesn't sound legal. I ordered the 'free sample' of a vitamin for 'shipping charges'. Nothing ever arrived, I called their number but was just kept on hold each time. No one ever actually talked to me. Lexington Law (John C. Heath, Esq.) steals money by never authorized posting of bills to Credit Card Accounts, even after the account is closed. In my case they were supposed to bill my Western Union CC on the 4th of each month. Instead, they bill on the 2nd and then erratically, to justify charging extra, when money were not available. I have been with Verizon since 1999. When It started out, it was fine. Two, three years later it wasn't fine, but was usable. However, in the last six months, their service and customer service (I use the term very loosely) has deteriorated to such a point that I sometimes long for dial-up. It was explained to me that I needed a new modem. One was sent in October; it lasted three months. Tonight, while trying to re-set the modem, passwords, etc., it died. They added a $7 extra charge they didn't tell me about, and never delivered the video I ordered. They never sent the promised confirmation email either. I too was searching for a pay day loan (which I decided against) and never approved anything and then I noticed on 11/14 that a withdraw of $31.98. I have left several messages and e-mails and no one has returned my call. Also another withdraw on 12/17 of $31.98. I finally got a hold of a "live" person and I demanded that they reverse those charges and he asked me to hold and I couldn't any longer. A telemarketing person called me stating that India calling is available at 4 cents a minute. I signed up for that. After a month I got a bill showing connection fee of 39 cents for each call. I called them and the customer service person stated that they have 2 plans: one without connection fee which is 7 cents and other with connection fee + 4 cents. After lot arguing he agreed to give a refund of $10 in next months bill. I got 2nd months bill, which showed 12 cents per minute and hefty tax of 30 %. I called them again. Hamburger served rare instead of well done as requested-waitress showed no interest what so ever--even after asking her if she even remembered that I requested it well-done-seemed to become irritated with me and placed refill soda on table without even glancing at me had back turned when she placed it on the table. Hello, I complained about the company before, now I want to tell anyone who was scammed by this company to contact your credit card company and let them know your were involved in a fraud and would like your money back. The credit card companies are here for us and I'm sure they would try and help you. You will have to file out some paper work, but if you get your money back I would do it. I ordered three free trials for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I was billed for the trials, but then billed again in November for 3 shipments at $89.97 that we never received. Then I was billed again in December for 3 shipments of $89.97 each and only received 2 and when I called them to return the items for a refund, they tell me that I can cancel my accounts and pay $35.00 per account... leaving me with a refund of $54.97 each. I originally spoke to the manager at LTDE in September, 2007. He quoted me a total price to move my articles to Puerto Rico, which I agreed to pay. The pickup was scheduled for 10-3-07. This is a horrible business do not go there. Management (which is in another building) has no idea how to solve problems in their urgent care center. The patients are paying for it with their health. I went for x-rays (actual date I do not remember) it took several days to get final results that there was no fracture. There are no licensed X-Ray techs currently taking X-Rays at their two centers that I found. Beware, do your homework ask to see the techs license. It should be posted in the x-ray room. We have an old car that needed towing to a recycling center. I called several towing companies-all wanted $60.+ Called AAA explained it was going to junk yard- we had hit a deer, car has sit for months- the tags had expired so we needed it towed. AAA sent a towing company that I had called for a quote. I stored my belongings with University Storage in Tampa when I went to live in China in 2002. They were bought out by Public Storage. I received a statement dated 12/15/06 from Public Storage with a note that I was paid to September 1 of 2007. The fee I paid was $706 for a year, including a free month. My hotel stay was AWFUL... I rented a room for one full week. I had previously stayed at Budget suites at different locations and was satisfied with the room, staff and my accommodations. We had to move from California to New Jersey as I was laid off from my job and found a new job in NYC. I ordered a book from this company as a gift. It was sent in a bag without enough padding and, therefore, arrived with a damaged corner. Upon contacting them, I received this reply, 'Simply return the items for exchange or refund.' Not even an apology for their crummy packaging. Every week I go to the Super Kmart 4987 for spices, coffee, pet food, cosmetics, CD's, toys and or appliances. Reason being this store is convenient and open 24 x 7. The problem is I purchase items according to the price advertised on the shelves, confirm I have the correct product, correct size, exactly what is advertised.
