This trutech television is junk! My mother purchased a 13" Tv/DVD combo from Target for my sons Christmas gift. He opened the television on December 25 and today, December 27 the DVD is no longer working. My biggest complaint is that Target will not stand behind this product. I have the original packaging for the TV and they will not even exchange it without a receipt. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting as we are not even able to locate any warranty information on the product or a phone number for contacting Truetech directly for repairs. I purchased a clip-on hair extension from Beauty Plaza for $99.99 on 12/15/07. The receipt I was issued says that returns will be given store credit. When I attempt to return the product on 12/26/07 taking the un-opened package, I was told to read a small sign at the register saying in tiny print that all sales were final on 4 types of products. One of the listed products was hair products. I was thus refused store credit. My wife and I had the worst customer service from delta airlines.After my wife was forced to purchase a second ticket of $1600 before being allowed to board the flight to Ghana. I ordered a plasma TV on 20 December 2007. I have received no shipping information even though my credit card was charged on 20 December. (Today is 27 December). When I call customer service at PriceMad, they keep shifting me around to four or five different people, none of which know where my tracking number is. I ordered a Canon SD850 camera, listed on their site for $243. I got an email back telling me to call them to complete the order. When I called, they told me that I had ordered a "foreign version" with menus in Japanese, a limited-use battery, and an incomplete warranty. They generously offered to provide me with a "US version" of the camera for $289. Of course, the more expensive version is not listed on their website at all, and under the $243 offering, there is not the least hint of this being anything other than the complete US version with full warranty. read full review »

I brought my car in for an overheating engine. I was quoted 215 dollars to replace a thermostat.The The mechanic that looked at it ran a diagnostic test and informed me the thermostat was good but the water pump had failed and needed to be replaced. I received an invitation to have a free ring tone downloaded to my cell phone. I browsed the site then DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING! I immediately began receiving anti-Bush jokes daily. Pain Consultants of Atlanta turned a $399.21 bill over to collections despite the fact that I wrote co-pay only on the financial agreement with the doctors and repeatedly told them this fact.
