I ordered a plasma TV on 20 December 2007. I have received no shipping information even though my credit card was charged on 20 December. (Today is 27 December). I purchased a clip-on hair extension from Beauty Plaza for $99.99 on 12/15/07. The receipt I was issued says that returns will be given store credit. When I attempt to return the product on 12/26/07 taking the un-opened package, I was told to read a small sign at the register saying in tiny print that all sales were final on 4 types of products. One of the listed products was hair products. I was thus refused store credit. This trutech television is junk! My mother purchased a 13" Tv/DVD combo from Target for my sons Christmas gift. He opened the television on December 25 and today, December 27 the DVD is no longer working. My biggest complaint is that Target will not stand behind this product. I have the original packaging for the TV and they will not even exchange it without a receipt. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting as we are not even able to locate any warranty information on the product or a phone number for contacting Truetech directly for repairs. I ordered a Canon SD850 camera, listed on their site for $243. I got an email back telling me to call them to complete the order. When I called, they told me that I had ordered a "foreign version" with menus in Japanese, a limited-use battery, and an incomplete warranty. I find that communication between Countrywide Home Loan Inc. and me the customer is severely lacking.
