PSI Exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across. Regrettably, PSI has the contract for many states to administer state exams -- real estate, auditor, contractors, etc. What no one at your training center will tell you is that you have to deal with PSI. Then, wham, what a rude awakening. PSI is a joke! Their website is notoriously bad and unreliable. I signed up for vontage telephone service and before i got any hardware to use the service my house burned down. The house burned on Sept 18th 2007 and they say they delivered the hardware on sept 27th 2007. there was no one there to recieve anything. We purchased about $3000.00 dollars worth of Levi's carpet. After living in our home for a year the carpet upstairs as well as the living room downstairs had a bump in it running along the mid section. We called Levi's and they said they could stretch the carpet, but it may cost us. I order internet and VOIP on the 20th of December for business internet and VOIP. A technician showed up on the 27th to install, however he said my service order address was incorrect. He stated he would return within 10 minutes. Never showed back up. I have called verizon repeated ever since and receive a different message every time. Needless to say they state my service will not be up until the 11 of Jan. I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid. My bank has sent proof in the form of cover letters, bank statements, and notarizing everything before faxing to Certegy Services, three times now. Certigy says its not enough. This place was booked for a friends wedding and the service was not what they payed for. They lost money from a catering company they booked after SDE told the couple they can choose any caterers as long as they had a license. Three weeks before the wedding SDE told them they couldn't use the caterers they chose because they were not on the list of approved caterers. This gym is operating illegally. They are simply not following the rules that they have clearly stated in their contract with the members. They charged all the members a so called $25.00 "maintenance fee" without prior authorization. We just bought the new Gambler Cigarette Machine because we roll our own cigarettes, its cheaper, but this new machine is absolutely the worst ever. The main problem and it is a problem is that when you put the cigarette tube on the end of the machine, you have to take a toothpick and try to clean the other tobacco out from the previous cigarette that you just rolled. After several years of normal use, this rather high priced bathtub has several large rust through spots around the drain and in the middle of the tub. The rust in the middle of the tub consists of about a dozen or so parallel lines that to me suggests a manufacturers defect rather than normal wear and tear. I bought a brand new Frigidaire washing machine in August of 2007 from Grand Central in Hazleton. It has been serviced 3 times for the same problem since that time, the minimum number of repairs necessary before they will consider a replacement.
