I purchased and attempted to download a movie from itunes. Downloads take FOREVER and in the middle of mine, I got an error message and the procedure aborted. I informed iTunes and they acknowledged some problem with the file. They SAID that they were giving me credit for the purchase, so I went in and got another movie.
