This company is such a rip off. I got this card for Christmas and I used it on a online purchase. The online company charged the entire amount to the card instead of just using the remainder of the balance so Simon Mall decided not to pay anything toward my purchase. CitiMortgage just took over ABN AMRO Mtg and has mismanaged my Escrow Account since day one. First I called two months in advance to tell them not to pay my old insurance co as I was switching companies. Not only did they pay the old company, but also the new one. These vitamins come with no invoice, receipt, information or any paperwork at all. I get charged $33 a month and I don't even want them. To add another comment to anyone considering buying a horse from family equine - when you ask for a kid safe anyone can ride horse don't expect to get one. I paid her for dental work and she was the most uncaring person I have ever met. She pulled a tooth and broke it off and told me she had done so. I purchased and attempted to download a movie from itunes. Downloads take FOREVER and in the middle of mine, I got an error message and the procedure aborted.
