I had the same problem but with Roadloans. I refinanced with HSBC and paid off the loan. I have also received a charge to my debit card from a company calling itself Residual Savers. The month before that they used the name Loyalty Savers to charge the same amount. My husband and I purchased new phones in Nov, payed almost 300.00 which also made us renew a 2 yr contract with them. I am very disappointed about USAVE CAR RENTALS. The Corolla we rented at USAVE had flat tire on the high way. The Agency requires us to take full responsibility for the tire. They said that we either have to pay for them to repair the tire or we have to replace a brand new tire for the car. I purchased an item and when I received it, it was the wrong item. It was listed incorrectly on their web site (and still is!). I requested an RMA the same via their web site. After more than a month, I still do not have the RMA. They are blaming the manufacturer because Home Annex uses drop-shipping, so only the manufacturer can take something back. This is bullsh*t. Company advertised fantastic price online for Sony HDTV. I placed order, then received email saying I had to call to complete the order. I was told I had to order their wall mount, a special cable, pay extra for warranty, and pay 3.5% shipping insurance. They lied about the accessories that I needed. Their cost escalated by $500. I needed to get verification for my education in Colombia. In order to get the documents they required I had to travel to Colombia. On December 30th, I parked my car at Vista Parking. My reservation was made via internet. When I came to the parking my car was immediately picked up and taken to its spot without any problems.
