I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. I will await my opportunity to testify at an FCC hearing. read full review »

I was sold a 2005 Sebring, my registration and ins papers show the VIN # means a 2004. On top of this, because of Katrina (a month after I bought the car) my wife was out of work for 2 yeras, which put us way behind with everything. They are liars and try to steal your money. One time I was owed 80 hours of vacation and they only paid me 56 hours. They send 2 emails one for smart savings, with one id#, and another privacy matters123 with another id@ when you try to cancel they ignore you and wont except my input 3 to discuss the emails i received, when i press 5 for canceling their phone service goes off. I received a gloved ice scraper from my mother-in-law for Christmas. I was pretty excited, as it was from Brookstone and looked pretty cool. The first time I used it, the scraper broke. The clock has never kept time properly. In June 2007 I suffered a randomly generated BIOS password that caused the system to be unbootable. As a pilot, I spend a lot of nights in hotels. Indeed, since 1995 I've spent literally thousands of nights in hotel rooms. This stay rates in the top two in terms of negative experiences. The hotel was hosting a party in its ballroom. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless.
