Unauthorized charges
I tried the sample bottle for $4.95 & it did NOT work!!! I have tried numerous times to cancel this crap & it will NOT let me cancel this worthless crap. I have only received the sample bottle, but they have stolen money out of my bank account 9 times after the initial $4.95. I have tried numerous times to call them & I get put on hold indefinitely every time. I have tried to contact them through their contact page on the internet & they either reply that they have NEVER heard of me or they do not reply at all sometimes & continue to STEEL my money. I have tried to charge this back on them at my bank, but it costs me $28.00 each time they steel from me.
I have contacted the Attorney General's Office (both state & federal) & filled complaints on this so-called company, but not heard anything about them doing anything about this internet fraud company. This is our government at it's finest...tax the hell out of the working man & rub sh#t in our faces whike they sit on their a$$es & burn our tax dollars at the golf course or in the local parlor house on their w****s.

Unauthorized billing
I had a charge on my debit card of 66.90 from a company called Ultra Relief. I had never heard of this before so when I googled them to see who they were I saw this internet site. Apparently they have been taking other peoples money as well. I have already contacted my bank and they are in the process of getting my money back for me. I don't know who these people are but this did send me into overdraft as well and it really makes me mad.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a trial sample of their product and paid for the shipping using my credit card. On 28 Oct ober, I noticed a posting to my account in the amount of $79.76 for a product I never received. the posting identified the payee as Ultra Relief LLC. When I went to the website, there was a page in which to check on orders. Seems that the company simply renewed the product and charged me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and have directed them to not approve any more charges from this company

Unauthorized Charges
They are taking $4.95 out of my checking account each month, and I have no idea why. And yes, of course, when I called the number on my statement, the message said to go to this site. I would love to have my money back but I would settle for having no more money taken out of my account, effective immediately. What do you do with these complaints? Do I have to go somewhere else to make them stop taking money out of my account?

fraudulent charges
This company will fraudulently charge your credit card about every 3 months and there is no way to stop this. They provide no information and internet site no longer exists. The charges come under the name of Lake Mead Performance. This may also be related to Trilegiante charges that also have appeared on credit card for no reason.
