I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid. My bank has sent proof in the form of cover letters, bank statements, and notarizing everything before faxing to Certegy Services, three times now. Certegy says its not enough. After I signed up for a free trial I recieved nothing and subsequently was charged $39.95 and then another $7.95 and called them for a refund. I never receieved it and instead was charged another $7.95. i called them again, got a confirmation # for a refund for each charge and have yet to see it credited to my account. My husband has two credit card accounts with WAMU bank. Somehow one of the accounts got overlooked. They sent it to ICC for collections. Now our other account with WAMU is up to date, no problems. I sent documentation requesting that they stop my auto drafts from coming out of my checking account in the amount of $233.62 times 2 (have 2 loans) on 12-10-07 because my husband was laid off and they agreed and said they completely understood, etc, etc. However, on 12-15-07 they took both payments out and I was charge $250 in NSF fees and they said there was nothing they could do. On December 08, 2007 I ordered three UFO flyers from SevenDeals.com for my three nephews that were GUARANTEED Christmas delivery. The products cost $70 and never arrived. I searched the website for a phone number or physical address, but none could be found. I emailed them a dozen times, and have received no response. This is a credit card scam. they get you to try their product free for 7 days. I have sent back all the samples and they keep sending me a monthly shipment and won't take it off my credit card. Up till now i haven't accepted any shipments and 2 months later they are still charging my credit card. Waning!! This is one company that won't even give you a phone # to reach them by. I just began receiving all kinds of magazines that I never requested. I tried calling America's Readers Choice and stated that I had ordered these and I would be charged 39.90/month for them. In July 2007, I requested a free credit report. I was told to use a credit card but I would not be charged. I was charged for seven months on my checking account for a service I never received. On January 17, 2008 I received a notice of overdraft on my account. I called the bank to find out where the charge came from and I was told it was Triple Advantage Co. Business Christmas gifts ordered on 12/12/07 with 3-day delivery were never received. Called on 1/9/07 and was told that because of an ice storm and the Christmas backlog the order was not processed. I purchased a sub zero 601 stand alone freezer unit new in march 2002. The unit was delivered defective. Many different problems cropped up over the years. Blown defrost heater coil, ice maker malfunction, outer seal leaks. The unit has been serviced more than 25 times in less than 6 years with an average mean time between failure of approx. 3 mos. I was suggested a wrong treatment. Antibiotics should do with the pain I had. I was suggested root canal treatment. I was overcharged 8 times than what I had to pay. I was very new to this dental procedure. I assumed that's how much my percentage share would be after the insurance pays. I came upon your site as a last resort in trying to reclaim what is rightfully mine. I was a former Loan Officer in NY for Apex Mortgage in Brandon, FL. I spent 4 Months requesting my check be sent to me and all I would get is 'we are going through audits, the checks have been pushed back'. I have had unauthorized charges to my checking account by both of the above listed company names which caused 3 NSF and/or overdraft fees to my account. Apparently this company got my information when I applied for a payday loan online. Even after I found their websites and canceled the "so called" service via online chat, they attempted to charge my account again. The money wasn't available, so fees were assessed. I bought the norton 360 protection, for my computer at home. When I installed it, my computer went off line and I could not, for the life of me, get my computer back on line. I was very upset! So I went down stairs, ate dinner, put the kids to bed, went to bed myself, and had sex with my wife. There was nothing else that I could do, until the next day. I took my computer to the shop and $150.00 later, my computer is up and running with no Norton 360 any ware on my computer. Instead of making a living like many recruiters will tell you, it turns out to be a very expensive hobby. The job is transporting RV's and I was in the tow away (trailers) division. This attorney represented me in a bankruptcy case. He failed to show up for hearings and failed to file required documents. He caused me to go into foreclosure for a second time and I incurred so many fees. He agreed to reimburse me for the fees and he has not.
