Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge. We own a very descent Mercedes 300E. It was stolen from us from a so called mechanic who I didn't know at the time was not a licensed mechanic. At the time we purchased the truck we were told by the Finance gentlemen that we needed to take the extended warranty coverage along with the Gap Insurance to obtain financing from Nuvell, He advised that is was being required by Nuvell. Do not EVER sign up for Netzero DSL. They had to send me three modems and it ended up crashing my hard drive. They advertise "try it for 30 days and if you don't like it there is a money back guarantee". On December 08, 2007 I ordered three UFO flyers from SevenDeals.com for my three nephews that were GUARANTEED Christmas delivery. The products cost $70 and never arrived. I recently placed an ad on petfinder.com. I was immediately contacted by email in regards to someone adopting my pets. I noticed right away that a couple of the emails entailed the same format, just different names and shipping addresses. Confirmed that everything is ok, but a few days later got an email to call in and confirm the order. This is a credit card scam. they get you to try their product free for 7 days. I have sent back all the samples and they keep sending me a monthly shipment and won't take it off my credit card. In July 2007, I requested a free credit report. I was told to use a credit card but I would not be charged. I was charged for seven months on my checking account for a service I never received. On January 17, 2008 I received a notice of overdraft on my account. I called the bank to find out where the charge came from and I was told it was Triple Advantage Co. Business Christmas gifts ordered on 12/12/07 with 3-day delivery were never received. Called on 1/9/07 and was told that because of an ice storm and the Christmas backlog the order was not processed. I have had unauthorized charges to my checking account by both of the above listed company names which caused 3 NSF and/or overdraft fees to my account. Apparently this company got my information when I applied for a payday loan online. Even after I found their websites and canceled the "so called" service via online chat, they attempted to charge my account again. The money wasn't available, so fees were assessed. I bought the norton 360 protection, for my computer at home. When I installed it, my computer went off line and I could not, for the life of me, get my computer back on line. I was very upset! So I went down stairs, ate dinner, put the kids to bed, went to bed myself, and had sex with my wife. There was nothing else that I could do, until the next day. I took my computer to the shop and $150.00 later, my computer is up and running with no Norton 360 any ware on my computer. I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid.
