I received a payday loan from 365fastcash.com and never received a contract from the company. I have tried to contact them several times to discuss my paying them back. No call back, no live person. You send an email ticket or complaint-you can't get on a website once you received the loan. They took out $74.00 fee out of my account. I have not signed any paper. I looked online to check them out to find out they are from Russia and part of a Natzi group. Charges have been applied to my credit card for the last two months, which I have just now discovered, without my authorization. This company says that their searches are legal and go through the clearing house in Washington, DC. However, when I asked for a refund Fred asid that there is no refund and hung up. I purchased a single MaxLite bulb for $1.00. When I got home and installed it, it did not light up. So I called the Company to let them know of the defect. The presentative said "no problem". But here's the rub. I received a letter requesting a cash register receipt or a UPC symbol from the package. No problem. But then they requested a $4.00 check or money order per CFL. Why would anyone pay $4.00 for a replacement bulb, when you can purchase a replacement for $1.00 plus tax? So much for a company standing behind it's product. This company charged my credit card $187 for my orders on January 5th. I paid extra money to have my order send by 2nd day air. It is now January 28th, and I have not received my orders. I have called, emailed, and "chatted" with their customer service person (who says my orders have been mailed). Otherwise, this company will not call or email me in response to my many attempts to communicate with them. I think that their DVD World doesn't exist except online. Went through Intellius to look up an number they couldn't find it. They stated if the number could not be found they would refund my money back to my credit card. They did and turn around and hit my credit card for $ 14.95 twice once on the 1/23/08 and the second time on 1/21/08. I 'm calling my credit card company to dispute and have a security block on these people. This is fraudulent and they had no authorization whatsoever to debit my account. When I applied for a cash advance after typing in all my information, a pop up screen came up with three different products for selection. You had to check either yes or no. I checked no and I noticed that my information was still on the screen. I tried to back out of the screen by hitting back and apparently this does not work. I am in the same boat as the two other complainants on this site. My DCS stove has not worked properly for more than a year. The simmer burners have been fluttering for longer than that, and now the ignition system never stops clicking as long as a burner is turned on. It is maddening. I bought 3 pounds of ground beef from the store at .99 cents and ended up with $4500. worth of dental work. There was a foreign object in the ground beef. Purchased 2 TVs with the promotional purchase of 1 year free interest. The sales person did not tell us we had to make payments. We have purchased other goods the same way only Wells Fargo was the finance company and as long as you paid the balance before the end of the year you had no finance charges or late fees. I purchased this television for $3,000.00 in 2003. In december 2006 a bulb blew in the tv so they replaced it. What they neglected to tell me was it was in a class action suit for this bulb issue. I was looking for a nice bedroom set for sometime and finally found one at the place. I dealt with a nice salesman and I decided to purchase the entire set and left my deposit. The furniture was delivered and on the surface looked to be ok. After further examining the pieces there were scratches and chips on numerous spots. Our Kenmore Elite clothes washer had a pump go out after 3 years of use and we were charged $201.25 to have it replaced. Sometime during the night, an icon showed up on my computer tray. It is an alternating blue shield and red shield w/x. This is usually when some threat is detected by my antivirus program. I purschased a vacation from Gloria Pipkin now Gloria Holmgren(a travel agent) to go to Poland along with 3 of my friends. The cost of the vacation to Poland was close to $10,000. I purchased the DVD player because of the rebate offer. Most companies allow 60 to 90 days to submit a rebate, not 15days! To allow such a short amount of time to comply during the holidays is deceptive advertising and unfair. I would not have purchased the DVD player had I known about this deadline. Signed up for a free credit report in August 2007. They offered an extended or more detailed look at our credit history for what was supposed to be a $12.95 one time sign up. Now they are removing $12.95 twice a month on the same day. Have called to dispute this with them & got hung up on & told they will reimburse a one time reimbursement. I took out a policy for short term illness maybe a couple of years ago. Sometime later I developed some kind of a skin irritation around my ankle and it was hard for me to walk. So I went to the doctor and he told me to stay off of it for two weeks. I'm thinking it won't be so bad, I've got insurance. Come to find out,after I filed a claim it wasn't what I expected. A representative came by my work place and I told her to cancel my policy. She made me sign some papers and said she'll have it processed.
