I purchased, what I believed to be a 2 million dollar accidental life insurance policy from ocwen. When I contacted Ocwen to ask them about the policy they told Me, that it was not for 2 million dollars that it was simply the name they had given to the policy. I "upgraded" my two HD-10 receivers with the advertised new and improved HD-20 receivers. Since they installed a new satellite on my roof and the two new receivers, I lost my HD service with all five local channels. I keep receiving calls from an unavailable number. The people calling barely speak English. They call multiple times a day! Some sort of credit card offer. For three weeks now Cip has been able to give me a reliable connection to their server. It has greatly reduced the quality of the game play and I do not that I am getting what I have payed for. Despite having laggy servers that will disconnect me and make it impossible to play I still pay the same amount of money. I noticed a complaint about someone having direct deposit and being charged overdraft charges on the same day. This has been happening to0 me for a few years, and the way that the printout Ive asked for numerous times reads is practically impossible to figure out. A few days later the company called me and offered me a "Free Trial Sample" of two other products, and assured me I'd only be responsible for shipping & handling. This place is a total Rip-Off. 1. Deceptive package prices. 2. Poor quality of photography. 3. Each photo chosen by the consumer can be adjusted. "ONLY" at their own Photo Lab. 4.
