This experience was just bad from beginning to end. I am assistant organizer for a professional networking group, and we have dinner and brunch monthly at various venues in Denver. I have loved the Downtown Aquarium restaurant in the past because of its proximity to the giant tank, where you can gaze and daydream looking at all the cool fish, sharks, and yes even live scuba divers in the tank. I tried ordering a few items through Walgreens online store. They offered the option to pay using "Paypal"... but the order kept failing to go through and I would get Walgreens' failure notice instructing me to try again. Ordered on 1/2/08. Was given bogus tracking info. As of 2/12/08 still no product. Telephone and online chat "service dept" are offshore and it shows. In one single conversation (I have written proof) they said the order would be here in 5 days, then a few sentences later says, the order was canceled, then again, the order should be here in 5 days - this time offering a tracking number. Roomster.com is a horrible service. You can post your profile and see others but you have to pay $30.00 just to communicate with anyone on the service. You're paying $30 a month to hope that others have been naive enough to the same thing and maybe make a connection. They have no 800 number. Just a link for you to email your concerns or questions. I'd like to report that this phone card companies are cheating customers. I purchased phone cards distributed by Public Telecard & Wireless at $5 each. The operator would say that I have 1 hour to talk on the card but after 30 minutes of talk time the operator warns that I have only one minute left. I have a one year old Nissan Sentra around 18000 miles. A sensor light came on the dash of my car. I called the local Nissan Dealership to ask how to reset the light. I was told to put 35 pounds of pressure in my tires and if the light did not go out bring into the dealership. I had my tires inflated to correct pounds of pressure but light would not go out. I have had many problems with Dish Network since signing up with them in January of 07. The Installation Tech had come out 3 times before the installation was complete (causing 3 missed days at work). 21st Century Insurance are crooked and deceitful! I received my new insurance bill for my 2003 vehicle to find that my insurance had been raised $252 for 6 month period, which is $504 a year. I have been insured with 21st century Crooked Insurance for over 7 years. I have no tickets or accidents and have been a loyal and good client. This is disgusting and a number of other profane words. How sad that our government does not protect us from this type of shady business practices.
