Ordered on 1/2/08. Was given bogus tracking info. As of 2/12/08 still no product. Telephone and online chat "service dept" are offshore and it shows. In one single conversation (I have written proof) they said the order would be here in 5 days, then a few sentences later says, the order was canceled, then again, the order should be here in 5 days - this time offering a tracking number. Turns out to be the original bogus tracking number. My multiple requests for a refund have gone ignored. Right now I have filed a dispute with my bank. Be very careful!!! read full review »

I'd like to report that this phone card companies are cheating customers. I purchased phone cards distributed by Public Telecard & Wireless at $5 each. The operator would say that I have 1 hour to talk on the card but after 30 minutes of talk time the operator warns that I have only one minute left. I purchased a F335 deskjet printer from HP for around 50 dollars. I print so little. I have printed about 40 pages of material and the ink cartridges faded out. I called HP support and talked to them for a bit. I found out that HP only sends printers out with "host" cartridges. Host cartridges are meant to test functionality. After that you are suppose to buy "trade" cartridges. These trade cartridges cost in this case 30 dollars at discount. When we went in to rent another movie I assumed that we would have a late fee, and they had charged us 14.99 for the movie, 3.99 for another week rental and 11.97 for ev charges (whatever that is). I took my car in to have my oil changed in November 2007. During the course of driving I noticed my oil was leaking, so I took it to a Ford dealership to see if I had an oil leak. I made an application for Term Life Insurance and after a very long period I was denied. I received a letter from the company telling my application had been denied on February 1st and on February 6th $616.00 was withdrawn from my checking account. MNI Reports advertises a free credit report, however somewhere on their website they say by receiving to a free credit report, you are automatically signed up for their monthly service--forever, and for me the charge is $11.95 a month. Typically I am very careful about scams like this, so I must've missed the fine print. My Vivitar camera has been under repair since 12/14/07 for a cracked LED. Not under warranty, my 2 week old camera was never misused, or dropped. I purchased a Kirby Vacuum cleaner from Team One Promotions, after a HIGH PRESSURE sales deal. In less than 4 hours, I notified them to cancel the transaction after reading numerous complaints on the internet. per remarks in other comments, the charges cannot be rectified via phone or thru credit card assistance because of frequent disconnects and messages of "this number is not in service at this time". There are two numbers I've tried (866)-408-4016 and (800)720-4420. The easiest is to close the credit card account that the automatic billing appears on. My recent Verizon home phone bill included a charge for "dir asst chg" called to 101-515-800; it was 1 minute and cost $5.49 + $1.65 for "USF Carrier Admin Fee" and $.36 in State Tax. This is another company that was sold to me over the phone. I don't know for sure if it was a sales rep from the company or a contracted telemarketing firm. I have a one year old Nissan Sentra around 18000 miles. A sensor light came on the dash of my car. I called the local Nissan Dealership to ask how to reset the light.
