I was a Fuel Delivery Driver for Florida Rock & Tank Lines. Manager Brian Shaw and Dispatcher Leslie was very unprofessional with communicating and this company practices unfair labor. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. I bought a sweater for my daughter and she did not like it, I went to return it and they said all they could do is an in store credit. I wanted a refund because I do not shop in that store and they said look at your receipt. My receipt says Reg Price-Refund, sale-exchange w/15 days. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT EVERY sign up with them. My complaint is with Todays Options Advantage Plan. (Pyramid Life Insurance Company). I have not been a member of their plan since Aug. 1st of 2007. My wife and I purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV with an extended warranty from Vachon Mazda in South Attleborro MA. Vachon was bought out by the Tasca group and received all of its customers in the process. A recent maintainance visit revealed repairs that needed to be performed that should have been covered by the extended warranty. Tasca refused to honor the warranty and refused to refund us the prorated portion of the warranty. I feel that either Tasca or Mazda should honor their obligation to us. read full review »

When attempting to contact Ocwen,at any of their many phone numbers, they put you on hold until the line finally goes dead, or they connect you to a non-english speaking person who you can't understand and pretends he or she can't understand you. I ordered flowers from Bloomex to be delivered to a friend in Montreal. The flowers were not delivered. The company insisted they were and refused replacement or refund. The office was very confused and at one point arranged a second delivery date. At that time they again said the flowers had been delivered and refused further arrangements. We own a rental property where we had a Kenmore refrigerator, which we purchased from my daughter, in that house, model # 52012100, serial # SL1943508. I made an application for Term Life Insurance and after a very long period I was denied. I received a letter from the company telling my application had been denied on February 1st and on February 6th $616.00 was withdrawn from my checking account. Because of the withdrawn I incurred $272.00 in insufficient fund fees. Beware... The watch industry has a little game they play with the "water resistiveness" of watches. As a firefighter and avid outdoorsman, I wanted a functional, good looking watch. I took my car in to have my oil changed in November 2007. During the course of driving I noticed my oil was leaking, so I took it to a Ford dealership to see if I had an oil leak. I had rented a movie to watch and kept it 6 days but did return it. I purchased a F335 deskjet printer from HP for around 50 dollars. I print so little. I have printed about 40 pages of material and the ink cartridges faded out. I called HP support and talked to them for a bit. I found out that HP only sends printers out with "host" cartridges. Host cartridges are meant to test functionality. After that you are suppose to buy "trade" cartridges. These trade cartridges cost in this case 30 dollars at discount.
