cannot access page to unsubscribe
Searching for cousin, went first on mylife, shut down and later went back only to get Intelius, signed up, received nothing but cousins name, every thing after that has a price added. Decided to unsubscribe but am prevented from accessing the site that would allow me to cancel, went to their help site, only to be directed to the site they won't allow me to access. went around and around finally realized I have been had.I'm 77 and on social, can't pay any fraudulent charges. This site needs to be exposed for what it is, a vicious scam.

applies unreasonable fees without authorization
Intelius applies fees without any authorization.
I attach the email with Intelius support:

Unauthorized charges!
These cock suckers allowed another company, www.privacymattersidentity.com, to use my credit card number to charge my credit card account for a membership to privacymattersidentity.com without my authorization. www.privacymattersidentity.com stated that there was a pop up that by clicking on it, I accepted a membership through privacymatters.com but that it was done in agreement with www.intelius.com..
Kind of funny how this is supposed to be a company specializing in background checks in order to discover criminal history... that is pretty f*ckin criminal themselves if you ask me...
