We ordered furniture (headboard and bed) from this store in November 25, 2007 and they promised to deliver it to us in 6-8 weeks. Up to this date (02/10/08), they have not kept their promise. The salesman also said that our credit card will not be charged until after they delivered the furniture but our recent credit card statement showed the charges for this purchase. We called them on several occasions and always got the same response: "Your orders are on their way and they should be delivered next week". We carried our SUV in for oil change & rotate our tires & had two fix one tire. There were 4 workers & one supervisor out there. There was only one worker, working at a time. Our SUV was on the workfloor over 1 1/2 hours that no one was getting anything done. We shop for about an hour, then went back two the service department & sat there four about one & half hours before they finally got through. While we were waiting they all had two take a break at one time. When we got there they told us it would not take about 1 hour to do what we wanted. We purchased a Kenmore Side by Side Refrigerator, a Range (Stove), a Range Hood and a dishwasher with an extended warranty for all four items. This $300+ warranty, we have renewed every year after the manufactures warranty ended. We have had only one service on the dishwasher alone and zero service on any of the other appliances. I had initially signed up with Dish network for dish service, I had ordered the dish installation through AllSat a dish network retailer. When I signed up with Dish network the only paper that I signed was a 18 contract agreement with Dish network which clearly stated the early termination policy. Sundance Spas in Monterey, Salinas, and Hollister, California. Our Sundance spa stopped operating and the motor would just hum instead of running the pump to operate the spa jets. Boy, was I happy to find this site!!! We have a Care Credit Account for emergency surgery for our pet. The very first month, although we had sent our payment in well ahead of the due date (the 29th), we were assessed a $39 late fee!!! There is no known state, city, or phone number of this fraudulent company. I have accidentally purchased two subscriptions from them and can't get a response any way. I have discovered that there are lots of other people who have been scammed by them. They need to be made to pay for their crimes. Ordered one day service flowers for delivery at 8am. Flowers never arrived and its a day and a half later. I used the online customer service which had a bad link. The automated mail told me it would check with the local florist. Nothing ever came of it. Their phone "service" stated due to the holiday rush, no one was available and to try at another time. My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentines Day delivery and they never came. I called and was given the "runaround" by different people. Finally with a Shantia promising to call me back, which never happened. I called again and spoke with a Michael who told me he could refund my money or have the flowers delivered. I received an Insurance check in 05 for damages done to my vehicle. I sent it to Triad endorsed with my signature. We have recently noticed, on our bank statements, unauthorized amounts totaling 61.49 coming out over the last 3 months. I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, the next day I have three emails saying I will be charged a fee if I DON'T CANCEL. I preordered a spiral cut ham of 15-17 lbs and was told it would be $74 with my coupon. On the 24th of Dec. I waited in line for the usual 30 minutes to get up to the counter. They gave me a 17 lb.
