I ordered 2 shirts from them 5 month's ago. When they arrived 1 was correct and 1 was the wrong size. I returned it at my cost for S&H. Several weeks later they returned a shirt that was the wrond size and wrong color. I returned it at my cost for S&H and requested they send me the right shirt. I was a customer in love with DirecTV. Never had one problem in almost four years. I had the wonderful DirecTV Tivo box.
