I purchased a pair of worn shoes at this shoe store. I went back and asked for a refund, deciding not to keep the shoes and was told that the shoes were worn and they would not take them back. I DID NOT WEAR THESE SHOES. Apparently someone else bought the shoes, wore them, and returned them. The sales associated was suppose to check this out. I got a pay day loan from them and I never got a contract or any confirmation of the loan. I tried to request it but there was no terms or interest rates posted. When you try to contact CS, there is no number listed and when it says to email Customer service, the email does not pop up. It goes no where. I received a $100 payday loan from the Douglas Loan Shop and agreed to repay the full amount the following payday. They are continuing to take $60 per month out of my checking account without any authorization and are unable to reach. I have never dealt with such a scam in my life. I am very disturbed that unauthorized charges have been applied to my account using my debit card. These charges were NOT authorized and I have never heard of these business - BSM Grant Research and Network Agenda.Com. I have notified my bank and they are working to resolve these errors. I went to Dr. Lowen about surgery to fix the mess another doctor made of my body. When he saw the before/after photos, he said, "You looked much better before", and he told me that doctor had removed fat from parts that he shouldn't have. I purchased a vehicle on the 20th of Jan 2008.$1k down payment. A week later returned to dealer due to vehicle making noises. I have been fraudulently charged $69.95 for an iCareer Kit, that I have never applied for, and never received from, to my Capital One credit card for several months now, and the credit card company is finding FOR the fraudulent company!!! Stay away from advertising with Idearc. It is nearly impossible to cancel---it's difficult to contact them to find out cancellation deadlines... which they can change at will. Your cancellation must be in writing--but will only be accepted during certain months. Nothing on your monthly bill indicates any type of editing or cancellation deadlines, or automatic renewals. I order the Grandma's Super Lax on a 14-day trial to pay on $3.95 for shipping and I if the product was not canceled within the fourteen days the product would be charge to my card. But, the product was charged to my card after 9 days. The terms stated that I had 14-days, but the company do not honor the terms of their own policy. We did the rapid tax refund through a tax service. ONLY to find out my wife's ex used thier daughter on HIS taxes ILEGALLY. We had the money so we had to file an admendment and we sent 3 legal proofs that my wife has Primary Physical Custody of thier daughter. This Co. has been charging me $12.95 a month for services I DID NOT sign up for. They say I did. I thought I was getting my "FREE" credit report. So far it has cost me $51.80!!!! When I now try to go to the website it tells me " sorry we cannot process your request at this time". It is an Experian website. My WaMu (Providian) credit card service tells me they will "Try" to stop any future charges but cannot guarntee it and that they will send me forms to dispute the past 60 days charges.
