Well as we can read almost 3 months ago, one of their employees wrote in a reply and claim to try to resolve my complaint. Well i think 3 months is a long enough time to wait for a few hooks that apparently Ms. violeta nor the response writer have attended to, i still have no hooks!! furthermore i also paid for color matching chalk and again, yes you got it... nothing!!! I have had to file 2 complaints with the ftc and today was the first for a bbb complaint. I was told today when they called for the first time since I filed the first complaint that they will not remove my number and will continue to call me everyday. i am a debt collector myself and i have never treat any of the people i call the way this company has treated me. If I am forced to which means if the ftc or the bbb cant put a stop to the rude and insulting behavior of this company I will file a civil lawsuit. read full review »

Rudy's Hideaway
March 11, 2008
I dined there 3 times. The first time was acceptable. The second time my order was overcooked (lobster, which becomes mushy when overcooked) My guests dish was overcooked as well (steak) I called someone over. This person was barely polite and was somewhat badgering. I convinced him to take it back and bring another. This man I later learned was the owner. The 3rd time I dined there the lobster was overcooked again. I couldn't believe it and was reluctant to complain again. I did though and was really given the 3rd degree before... read full review »

Drops 4 You
March 11, 2008
I had ordered some weight loss liquid drops from this company. What I received was a small bottle of half liquid half dried up sludge. When I went to squeeze the bottle the cap blew off and most of the product went into my glass of water. Being a reasonable person, I sent them a friendly email asking if I could please get a replacement bottle. The stuff costs $55.00. What I got back about four days later was a snotty email stating that "it takes a lot of force to blow a cap off of a bottle". When I called the "company" I got... read full review »

Oxford Collision
March 11, 2008
I brought my GMC Suburban in for bumper repair, along with a scratch on the rear door, and taillight damage. I backed into something. This collision shop was recommended to me, so I drove 20 minutes to it, passing several other collision shops. After they had my car from Frid to Monday, it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, I noticed the bumper was different. This new bumper had sensor holes all along it, my previous one was solid, with no sensor holes. I informed the owner, and he said good, you like it. Well, when I... read full review »

Smith Family Homes

This is Marcus Smith, Vice President and executive in charge of our Home Care Team (warranty.) This may sound like a canned response to some, but it is indeed a sincere opinion and response to these complaints. First, for 10 years now we have strived to always be the best homebuilder we could possibly be. A home is not always perfect, in fact it is one of the lat things on earth that is still hand-made! Nevertheless, we stand on the foundation of Quality, Integrity, and Excellence and do the best we can. Unfortunately, these... read full review »

Saxon Home Mortgage
March 11, 2008
We paid off our mortgage through a refinance. Yet, Saxon still made two attempts to take our money, costing us $400+ in NSF fees. They have our money now, and are requiring us to jump through hoops to get our own money back. In the meantime, my money sits in their account earning interest. That money belongs to me. There incomprehensibly rude customer disservice reps tell us alternating stories depending on who answers the phone. They can't overnight us a check. They CAN overnight us a check. Which is it? Chase Manhattan Automotive Loans
March 10, 2008
Basically, I had a car loan with Chase. I lost my job. I tried negotiating with them. They LAUGHED at me. I lost my phone service due to the fact I could not pay the bill. So they resorted to contacting my former office pretending to be an Employment Agency to try and gain my personal information. When that failed, they contacted my coworkers and told them that I had sold my home in Antioch, and ran off to India. Next, they started sending REPO people at 2:00 am in the morning creating heavy noise and flashlights all over the house to... read full review »
