When we moved into out house 8 years ago, we bought new Kenmore products -Washer/Dryer . In the last 5 years we have bought a oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher all Kenmore. Last year our main board on the oven went had to buy a new one. The stainless steel refrigerator is rusting on the door panels, two shelves have broke and now my 3 year old microwave does not heat anymore. Can you say no more Kenmore products. I have called Kenmore and talked to 4 people who have given me the run around about sending a service technician out and he'll run a diagnostic on my refrigerator and microwave to see what's wrong with them. ($60.00 charge to tell me that it's rusting.) Why can't Kenmore back up their products. I am not paying anymore money for their crap. PLEASE do not by Kenmore products again.
