I sold and account to ToonStorm.com 2 days ago. They made me give them all of the information for the account and complete control of the account before they would send payment. They even called me on the phone and asked me a bunch of personal questions to verify I was legit. I received an Americorps award in the fall of 2005. I then submitted paperwork to Direct Loans, US Department of Education to have my award check given to them towards my loan. It seems I am not the only one with problems with this company. The same thing happened to me. I bought the exercise dvd and was relatively satisfied with the value of that product. Then the unsolicited products started showing up at my door. I have contacted the company by email and telephone numerous times and received the same dodge answer that my case is being reviewed. Did not even know VistaPrint existed when I saw a charge from them on my debit account. They sent me business cards I did not order that simply included my name, address, phone number, and an email address that was obviously made up. I called them to called resolution. My complaint deals with my small business. I own a restaurant and I accept credit cards. My credit card processing company WAS Wells Fargo. When I got my statement it showed an extra charge of $338.00 for (POS not qualified). I called Wells Fargo to find out what this charge was. The women I talked to was very rude. The email I received from TriClear was for a free trial, only pay shipping, and it would be for 30 days. Three weeks later I get billed $69.95 for this free product. We were FAPPED last fall and decided to go for the Platinum package to get more upload bandwidth. Got FAPPED again in February and connectivity virtually stopped at night. I took my 1999 Acura 3.2 TL into the Treadquarters location on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 8:00am. I was assisted by the location manager, Brian who I told that I was told that I needed an oil pan gasket for my car to fix an oil leak. I purchased a product for my fibromyalgia pain that was given a money back guarantee. It took longer than the 2-4 days delivery that i paid 11.95 dollars for shipping (took 2 weeks) and after taking the product for a couple of weeks i have no relief. It's nice that we do have a place with beautiful art work to see, but the museum has NO BUSINESS HOSTING WEDDINGS.
