I purchased a product for my fibromyalgia pain that was given a money back guarantee. It took longer than the 2-4 days delivery that i paid 11.95 dollars for shipping (took 2 weeks) and after taking the product for a couple of weeks i have no relief. I have tried to contact them regarding a refund but cannot get through either by phone or e-mail.

I am still getting e-mails from them about their products and now i get an e-mail with offers on products in a liquidation sale. Worrying to say the least.
