I bought phone card for $10.00 online htt://www.concom.com. Card name "USA Saver" and I was told I had a 1400 minutes to call Zimbabwe. Once I dialed the # I was told 49mins. On top of that I received an email that my pin had been recharged from my credit card. Scamm. I never requested for a recharge, they just took money from my credit card without my consent. My daughter's wedding reception held at the Wickliffe House in Charleston, SC from 6-10 pm in November of 2007 ended rudely, suddenly, and much earlier than expected when the police arrived to fine our band for a noise ordinance. I used elace.com to have some writing done. I just do not have enough time in my life. Most of the providers did good work. One provider did not finish her project and just disappeared. My local toyota dealer in NJ is offering a free $500 gas coupon if you test drive a new car. Besides the bullying to get you to buy a car, they will practically throw the coupon in your face once you test drive a car but don't buy one. The rebate program is "almost" a scam. You are required to buy $100 in gas every month, mail in the receipts, and then you receive a $25 gas card that month. That means you need to be using $125 in gas per month. I was trying to look up my father and they are saying that I selected a button that ok'd them to take this monthly fee out of my account. I did no such thing I agreed to pay $2.95 to get the current address of my long lost biological father and I end up getting charges taken out my account. I did not even notice it until 3 months later and now they are saying that they cannot refund but one month of the fees. I attempted to purchase a home under foreclosure. The seller was Ocwen. They breached the contract so I contacted an attorney to see what claim(s) I had against Ocwen. He said the contract is unenforceable due to Addendum A Section (I). By agreeing to this Addendum I have no rights. I'm SOL. Have an attorney review this document regardless of what anyone says. E-Z Movers lo-balled me on the estimate, and then when they came to make the move they said it would be up to $1000 more for packing materials. The first time i used the company-it was a nightmare. It took over 3 weeks to get the repairs completed. Finally they paid what they were suppose to. On March 21, 2008 I took my car to the Ford Dealer Service Department, figured would move a little faster. I received a call from the Ford Dealer that the Company is in receivership. I went in to Rain Fitness at the beginning of last month to cancel my gym membership. Per the contract, you must give 30 days notice, which I did. However, they are refusing to cancel my account even though I've met all terms and conditions. We signed a contract to build our pool in October and should be finished in six weeks. Well it was March 15 months later and we finally had to pay other contractors to finish our pool. I renewed my Virus protection. I kept receiving Messages from Symanec to complete another application. They stated that my credit card did not go through their system. I complied, two or three times. I talked to some one at Symantec and he removed the additional charges. I received my credit card statement and there were two more charges for $68.98.
