Let me start by saying that part of this problem is probably my fault. I ordered online from this company and received the product in an undamaged box so I wrapped it as a present. When the present was opened at Christmas the item was found broken. On 12/26 I started calling and sending e-mails to the company at least three of each. In a nut shell, they denied my rebate claiming I did not mail in the invoice for the product. They claim that I mailed in the sales receipt instead. I know what I mailed in and I have copies of everything. They responded to my email and said it was declined for that reason and then cut off communication. We got one of these Brewmasters and we really love it. The idea that you dont have to fool around with a glass carafe is nice. However, we have noticed that the coffee seems to taste plasticky..when the coffee brews, it sits in a plastic bucket until its dispensed. I do not know if thats the reason coffee tastes funny, or if it picks up the plastic taste from the container the water is poured in to...we use bagged coffee, so its not picking up taste from a plastic can...we are just so disappointed with this, as the coffee maker is really cool. I placed an order for Microsoft 2008 for Mac on March 21, 2008 with next day air. I paid 123.00 for the product and 34.87 for next day service.I received a confirmation number. On March 23rd I received an email stating a 24-48 hour verification for approval. On 3/21/2008 at 1:23 pm I purchased a service to look up public records. I paid 39.94 for the VIP Plus membership and every name or item I look up there is no record. Imagine how upset I was to know there was no record of me. I looked up other living people also and not one person had any hits. I rented a Hyundai Sonata on January 30th at about 11 AM in the morning. I waved all insurace coverage and drive off onto Toute 528 Towards Orlando. afew minutes later I had a flat tire. I had to change the tire on this very busy highway and return the vehicle about an hour later. The car was checked in and the flat tire was noted. I always owned lazyboy furniture and loved it, but not no more, I bought a sofa and recliner that they talked up to good quality, what a farce. My bank account showed a withdrawall of £8.50 paid tp rn Realmusic. The withdrawal was on 27th March, 2008 and was totally a mystery to me. My computer was sent wawy for repair three weeks before and the fault on the computer stopped me from cleaning off my personal data, I think this is the only way my data could have been got at. I have been receiving IPL treatments for nearly a year now and I HAVE NOT seen any results. I tried the site and they said I could do a 3-day trial for $2.95. I signed up and then could not get back in to look anyone up and it gave me NO more information than if I didn't become a trial member. I will never fly Frontier ever again! I stopped flying Delta over 35 years ago because the company is a fraud and engages in fraud often selling a product they can't deliver. I had a similar experience with Frontier in Denver. I had a paper ticket and Denver was a connection flight from Sheridan. The incompetent bimbo at the gate refused my ticket saying it was not good enough and I had to go the the service desk to get a new one. The worst company. They will not follow the FDCPA. They donot return phone calls. They lie about options when wanting to do a loan mod. The loss mitigation people are uneducated. Unfriendly.Tactless. In October of '07 I had a breast augmentation and lift. Within 2 weeks, my breasts turned necrotic and I lost both nipples and areolae. Be Aware! of the Express Pass Scam! In an attempt to beat the long lines at both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure we purhased the Express Pass from a park employee at a Kiosk. I also got two phones call from the company to confirm that I had really ordered what turns out to be a phone card.
