I have been scammed by BMS Grant Search Asst.and have had recurring payments to my account for several months. There was not clear notification of the recurring charges. "Complaints Board" helped me find a phone number to customer accounts and I have been informed the billings will stop. I was also given a confirmation number to verify this case. I was approved for a $12, 000 loan. They asked for 7 pmts up front to be wired to a personal investor in Canada. I did that, then received the call they reassessed and needed 7 more pmts up front to make it work. I told them no and they said they would return the money I wired on April 1st. Company pursued me after I had answered an online ad. I was searching for funding for a historical play, writtenfor educational purposes. They followed with daily calls on my cell, to see if I got the CD which, didn't do anything but promise some access to lists of funding agencies, and that I was on loan for 15 days. I placed an order online for bathroom faucets. The website indicated that the items were in stock and ready to be shipped same day or next day. I placed my order and asked for next day delivery. I received a call from Designer Home Gallery telling me the product is on back order and it will be 4 to 6 weeks before delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and they agreed! My girlfriend and I decided to go to Dave & Buster's on 3/20/08 (Sat) to have some fun playing arcades, etc... We ordered some food around 8:30pm (buffalo chicken sandwich, dave & buster's trio platter, grilled chicken sandwich). About 1hr after we ate the food, both of our stomaches started to ache. Around 12am that night, both of us started throwing up, showed symptoms of extreme diarrhea, headaches, etc... We believe it is food poisoning from either the chicken or another frozen item. Roshan Anjanee is so called CPA files taxes for majority of Indian community in DFW area. He asked us to submit all the necessary papers for tax filing. Later we found that the tax filing is missing lot of obvious deductions that even a layman can do. Well, My husband and I went and ate lunch at church's the food was good, We ate our food and drank our drinks and I always take my ice along to eat on the road. Well, I took the top off my ice and went to eat it and I looked down into my cup and I saw something brown. I said OH GOD Please no. But sure enough it was a roach. I immediately stopped my truck opened the door, threw the ice out and went to throwing up. I had to get all that food out of my stomach. This school uses bait and switch tactics to get students too transferred to the school making fake promises. They tell student they guarantee a full transfer of their credit because their program is of 180 credits. They lie and ask you to get the full amount of loans. After a great discussion that the school is the most affordable you get hit by the bus and realized this just a scam. In the beginning of January, Google advertised an online money-making program. In which they would send a cd, I paid for the postage and handling and receive the cd, but decided not to get into it because when I went to their website I found that other people were being ripped off for $49.95. I sent an email and called them and told them I didn't want the program. I also called my credit card company and told them not to charge my card for this program. A representative came to my house and told me I would save on my gas bill. I recently recieved my bill from DTE energy and before, I was paying about 40.00 a monthly in gas and now I am paying 85-90.00 each month. DTE gas is at 1.005 and Universals is at 1.049, which is extremely high. The number that everyone else complains about. 1-800-684-8429 calls my cell phone repeatedly during the day while I am at work, I do not answer my phone at work and they do not leave a voice mail so I just let them go unaswered but it is becoming very annoying it happens about an average of 10 times between 9am-5pm...I recently put my cell phone number on the do not call registry but not sure yet if that will spot the calls. read full review »
