They prey on the elderly. This company contacted my 82 year old aunt, tried to talk her into changing her prescription drug coverage, and, after she refused, did it anyway. My maytag door doesn't go all the way down. Model number MDBH955AWS. A&E service has been out to my house many times. One tech said that the door isn't suppose to go all the way down. I have had other dishwashers where the door goes all the way down. I called Maytag and they said that A&E service wrote that my dishwasher was fine. This is not true. I would like a new dishwasher. This is a monopoly at its best. They charge a delivery and supply charge for delivering gas and electric services to customers. Get this, the delivery charge is 1/2 the amount of the supply! What other way can one get gas and electricity delivered EXCEPT via their network. If I could pick it up in my truck, I would. And this is done with the blessings of the Public Board of Utilities, the entity in charge of policing them. I rented a stretch limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th. We paid for a "meet and great" at the airport. They showed up over 1/2 hour late w/out any phone calls, I called them repeatedly. I ordered 3- 12 packs of beer for the group and the driver took one and charged me for all of them. This company (TLG Great Fun) charged my account twice on the same day for the same thing. I had never heard of this company before. After finding the company I called to find out more. They told me that I authorized these charges. After getting a bit rude they agreed to refund the charges and there should be no more charges from this company. We will see. Hello, on March 10, 2008 149.99 dollars was removed from my checking account from the above named company. Spoke to a Robert Thomas that day and he said that the money would be replaced within 5 business days. As the money was not returned in that time frame, again I called on March 19th and spoke with Samantha, who told me that sorry for the confusion, but the money will be in your account by 3/25/2008, as of today 3/28/2008, money has not been returned and my bank is aware and has an alert on my account. I booked flights on Cheaptickets.com. After returning from the trip, I noticed a charge on my credit card for Travel Insurance. I called the company 'Access America' to dispute the charge. They explained that as of Dec 3, you have to opt out of paying for travel insurance when booking on cheaptickets.com and could not issue a refund over the phone. I emailed the company and was promptly refused. I emailed Cheaptickets and they referred me back to the the insurance company. I saw no mention of travel insurance. I never buy it.
