Date is inappropriate. Anyway, for years the Canon drivers for their canoscan Lide scanners are terrible. Won't scan, if they do it's slow, often crash, at best get 2 scans before requiring a restart of the computer. I had to pay an extra $40 for a third party scan software (vuescan.) Canon's website and online support was little help. I contacted many times. Few updates and they don't fix the problem. Basically they can't be bothered writing drivers for Macs. read full review »

I have been storing my boat at this facility for over 6 months. The facility has been broken into three times, jet skis and tv's have been taken. I signed up for this service that was suppose to save me between 50 and 75 dollars every month on my gas and electric bill. The first month after I received my bill it was higher not lower. Pets smart groomer dislocated our 6month old toy poodle's left shoulder and pulled ligaments. Maggie has been in body case for 7 days. Today she is now limping a week after body case removed. They use local phone numbers so you think you've got a local company but its a call center in the Bronx and you are quoted one price on the phone that turns in to 3-5 times that quote.
