After signing up, tried to cancel membership within cancelation period. They have numerous hoops to jump thru involving the USPS (which I complied with), and had continued to take out money from my checking account despite repeated efforts to have it halted. Eventually went to my bank and had all withdrawals stopped, but SMC refuses to acknowledge membership cancelation. They have even gone so far a to turn me over to a collection agency for over $300. This breeder has a dog name Whisper that is orange. The dog is an adult dog with hair loss. The breeder refuses to disclose the dog's problem in the ad. I am a prospective buyer of a Pomeranian dog and the only reason why she told me the dog has the hair loss problem is because I kept insisting that she tell me. I was getting my childrens pictures taken and the lady that did them was just plain out rude. I was only aloud to get one package of each one of the kids and 1 8 by 10 of both of them together and i was not very happy. The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." I have received two phone calls for a Paul. There has never been a Paul at this number. The first time I told the man that he had the wrong number. He called back 39 minutes later and asked for Paul again. I told him that I had already told him there was no Paul here. These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I've had 3 sets of Cragar classic mag wheels. The first set lasted many years, the past 2 sets don't even make it 3 years. My car is a 70 Chevelle SS, and I like the look of the Cragars, but the chrome flakes off, pits within a year, and then the rust shows up. The car is garaged, never driven in water, snow, salt, etc. I called the company, and they merely said I was using wax on the chrome and that is the reason they rusted.
