I ordered a gate and opener from these guys, only to find out they shipped the wrong posts, making installation impossible. I called to tell them the problem and they said they would take care of it right away and send me the correct posts. Three weeks later and they have done nothing. Trade Capital (TC) is a licensed lending institution that promotes a variety of personal and business credit building "tools." Based upon their advertising on their website (in which I have in JPEG format upon request), if I signed up for their Deposit Loan Program, they claimed to report the account to Experian and Transunion. Geeks.com listed merchandise on their website as having certain features and specs. I receive the item only to find the specs are not accurate the item is far less than what I bought. After 2 hrs on the phone they agreed to take the item back. I foot the bill for shipping both ways they take a 15% restocking fee, and three weeks later my card has not been credited. Continental Warranty - Hated the fact that I asked for a quote and got a black mark because I would not commit the very next day. My car now registered as not qualified for a new car warranty. I ordered a very nice set of business cards. Had a lot of trouble navigating their way of typesetting and layout. The cards came in looking terrible. Smudged printing and bad "leading". I was scammed. Right after my son's death (he was in an automobile accident) a young lady came to my front door and said she was selling magazines. I was vulnerable so bought Martha Stewart Living for $52.00. Never received it. Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to do anything but this, i.e., go on T.V.
