My 9 yr old son's tooth was pulled without anaesthesia. After the dentist, Hoa Pham, administered the injection of anaesthesia, he went to take care of other patients. He came back about 45 minutes later to continue. Once he put the extraction tool in my son's mouth and began to pull, my son grabbed his arm and was saying I feel it, stop, stop. I registered with this company to purchase telephone cards online to make international calls, but for a long time they have been charging my credit cards fees for rechargeable phone cards I never purchased. Whenever I need a phone card, I will buy it right out and never recharged the phone cards but they will always charge me for rechargeable cards. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this company and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the company requesting an order update with no response. I checked them out in the Better Business Bureau and their company did not exist in New York or any other state. We purchased Berg crib from USA baby in 11/06. Our daughter was born in started sleeping in it in May 07. She slept in the crib for 7 months as a newborn. The crib is a convertible crib with a front gate that comes up and down. The gate broke one day from use and it falls/gets stuck and can come undone. My daughter received this in the mail. CCS had no problem taking the money out of our account. I did everything I was told to do by a Bob. Today I call in and speak with Adam (who is supposedly supervision) and he informs me that Bob is too busy to speak with me and now he tells me I did not return the package in the correct way. I received a beautiful set of Cambridge Silversmith Flatware for Christmas. After 1 month it was full of ugly stains and rust spots. Shopko would not take it back, so I decided to call the company. Just received phone bill with IDL charges of $12.95. Called AT&T to dispute. They agreed to waive charges. Asked me to contact IDL to cancel. IDL says they're just a "billing center" and they will "stop Universal Voice Services" from billing to my number again BUT I needed to contact Universal Voice Services (1-866-473-1980) to get them to stop and for credit. Contacted Universal Voice Services - they claim my husband authorized a charge for an "800 number" and they've got "email to prove it". After much debate, they agreed to cancel and issue a credit. This company has a message that you automatically give consent to have your call recorded. Based on my state law, it is illegal if you request before-hand that the call NOT be. I requested that the call not be recorded and was told "no...It will not be".
