The worst business decision I ever made. From my experience, they are a frustrating, no service organization (I use "organization" with reservation). After signing, I received calls to set appointments, supposedly with the tax club staff to review business tax issues. Not so, the calls were sales calls selling additional services; book keeping, deduction services, business plans, etc. And in the end you do all the work and they only file. Ok I went online and came across an ad for this company and liked what I saw and decided to switch my service to them. Everything went smooth I was switched over within 2 days like promised. They told me I would get my first bill within 10 days to cover the first month of service. I call them 2 weeks later and they told me I did not have a current balance. Tickets My Way committed to order me tickets and informed me of the exact seat number I had purchased. This was several weeks ago. I was just informed 3 days before the show (Wicked) that the tickets now were not available. I am not trying to get tickets for visiting out of the country friends. Went to CCOKC - they "tried" to help us for a few months we kept sending in budgets, etc. Eventually they told us to go into bankruptcy, by then many creditors kept adding fees galore. Some of the creditors would not call CCOKC, and I believe the OKC credit counselling did not necessarily call these creditors. After I contacted the dealership on a Monday for a Honda Ridgeline, their phone rep Joaquin (Wakeem) called me EVERY DAY when I agreed to come on Thursday of that week. Wednesday's phone call was to tell me they have a special offer. Everyone that goes on a test drive gets a free tank of gas. Buyer please beware! Since I didn't cancel my order for Hyperzosin within the 14 day trial period, I immediately incurred a minimum non-refundable charge of $248.00 (about $17/day). That's $49 for the first bottle and $99 for the next three automatically charged to your account and non-refundable after the trial period. Taking 2 tablets daily as recommended, Hyperzosin did not lower my blood pressure within the 14 day trial period or even after 30 days. From my experience, I don't recommend trying Hyperzosin. Don't EVER list your home with HelpUSell. It sounds like a great, money-saving way to market your home, but they do nothing but put a sign up, list it on the internet, and then you're on your own. If and when you get an offer, they work for the buyer, not you, the seller. HATED EVERY MOMENT. This company charged my credit card for a "free" sample of a weight loss patch I never ordered. The charge was $6.95 and I should have canceled my credit card immediately. Instead I tried calling the company (no luck) and my credit card company, which was busy with airline problems. I contacted the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and they have helped somewhat. I ordered a pair of boots in January and my credit card was charged. I have never received the boots. I was told the order was cancelled, but I have never seen a refund and can't get any one to answer my e mail or return my messages. Customer service forwards you to a message machine that no one ever calls back. And as of yesterday the phone message says they are moving. I hadn't seen this sight before ordering. Our team bowls once a week. We go to lunch after bowling to have a nice quite lunch and talk to our friends. We go to a different restaurant each week. Terrible Customer Service at Camera Professionals. They advertise a Panasonic Digital Video Camera for $170.00 that includes free case, cleaning kit and tripod. Pool construction was going fine until the deck guy came. he toppled over the piers which were for the concrete deck, so much for quality construction. Spoke to us like a used car dealer, even told me I read to much. Well after he left it took a day of three laborers to pack stone under the concrete deck he poured. A charge went through my Visa which I had no idea what it was. I'd ordered this tea and suddenly I'm getting charged for a magazine or whatever it is. When I phoned to cancel further tea shipments I'm told that I will have to pay for two more shipments - even though it says I can cancel at any time. These people are fraud artists and I had to cancel my Visa so they couldn't put further charges through. I hope someone nails these people but GOOD!
