I am a Quality Assurance monitor for a call center and I cant believe the quality of service I received today.
I have just received the most horrendous service from your company let alone any company in my entire life. I was supposed to have a repair person come to my home today 4/23/2008 between 1-5pm. At 5:10 i called to find out why the tech never came or called. I was told a message would be sent to him. The tech called back but the wrong number, I had left specific instructions for him to call on my cell phone, and spoke with my teenaged daughter around 6:15p.m. He told her he was running late but was still coming. By 8:30 he still had not arrrived. I then callled again to find out what happened. Between that time and now when i am writing this e-mail, I was giving the run around numerous times, I was transfered to the bilingual line by Alex who claimed he was a supervisor;I spoke to another person who was supposed to be transfering me to a supervisor. When that person answered she said her name was Rhonda at 1800-549-4505..She said her position was a service rep and disconnected when I asked for a supervisor again. I was hung up on by a rep named Sidi who told me when i was ready to supply my phone number to call back. I called back and got Rhonda again and she also hung up on me again.My refrigerator has not been working since this past sunday..My exhusband Roderick Caine called and said that someone came to his house for the repair on Saturn Ct.but becuase he was not there they left a note. My address is clearly showing correct in your system so I don't understand how he got the wrong address and did not use the correct number to call at. I may have been just a little frustrated for the wrong address, had I not been lied to, given the runaround by your call centers and been treated very, very, very badly by several call center reps. I had to take off these hours today and cancel an appointment this evening to wait for the technician. I am a single parent, that can not afford to sit around and wait for something to be taken care of that is not my fault. My refrigerator has not been working since this past Sunday. I have had to purchase fast food which is expensive and has really been a huge inconvenience. I am very very very dissapointed with the service I have received and when my warranty expires I will not be renewing it, I will definately be taking my business somewhere else for all of my shopping needs. I will never purchase another item from your company again. I will also be sending this email to your headquarters, because I don't think this email will reach the people I need it to reach. I realize that I am just 1 customer and me banning your store wont hurt. Thanks for nothing.
