On 4/12 Direct TV Inc. inquire on my credit report when I did not give them persmission to do so. I have never had their service nor do I want it. To go one step more I have work for the Cable Co for over 15 years so why would I want their service. I've been using Tivo with Cox Cable TV in Phoenix for about 2 years. For the past 4 months, the Scientific Atlanta Cable cards installed in the TiVo repeatedly lose the channels. I've had Cox techs about 15 times in the past five months. The problem persists to this very day. Ordered and plugged in Riddex Pro over a year ago. If there are any results, I can not see them. Still need to fight roaches with sprays and foggers. Still need to remove the occasional spider web on the ceiling. Hello, I had booked a room through Hotels.com on 4/9/08 specifically asking for a jacuzzi to be included in the room and to be near the boardwalk. I purchased a used CD at a local FYE store and paid with my debit card. The clerk informed me that since I used my debit card I was entitled to 3 magazines for 3 months free. This is the last-FINAL of many BAD experiences at this location. We ordered the big chicken dinner with a coupon, we ordered extra biscuits, extra mac and cheese. I recently booked a fight through Orbitz to Norway. I got insurance because of the weather in Norway, and the possibility that the airports would be shut down, and so I wanted a little protection from flight changes. The BP gas station on University Drive in Auburn Hills, MI really has some nerve! On their sign at the road that displays their gas prices, they have it set to the normal average, which currently is at $3.59. I had recently visited Burger King in Hamlet and almost every morning, I order Sausage Biscuits off of the BK Value Menu. When I get my biscuits they are either burnt or not cut correctly. It's always pencil thin and burnt on the top, and very thick and burnt on the bottom. The biscuits are good and all, but something needs to be done A.S.A.P. I got the "free" CD and so far I am $197 into the negative because of the $49.50 they pulled from my account. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of a real person there - I finally did - they can only refund $20 of it. I'm going to follow the advice here though and file a fraud alert. I purchased a Rolex submariner from Global Replicas. In seven days the paint came off of the bezel. I had purchased the two year warranty. Joe Beck assured me a replacement would be sent. Two months later, and a multitude of phone calls, no bezel. I have been hung up on every time a human answers the phone. Joe Beck indicated he was aware of this in other cases as well. There is no evidence of credibility with this retailer. I purchased my home in 2000 and it is now 2008. For the past 3 years I have been fighting with reynin and bardi the builder to replace the stucco that has fallen off my house with no result from them. I hired a contractor to look at my house and found out that they had not placed plywood to adhere the stucco to. It was also stuccoed in the winter therefore causing it to freeze and contributed to it falling off my house. I now have to hire an attorney to get the problem resolved with the builder they are claiming no liability.
