On April 24 I had just finished a stressful session with this organization. I first talk to a customer service rep and after going no where with her I asked for a supervisor. I got a reply that the supervisors were all 'taking calls". I told her I'd gladly wait. She also could find no record of a payment I had made on April 2nd which was sent to them electronically and verified with my bank. I never got a supervisor but this person removed the late fee.

GE Rebate Scam Even though all the information was submitted with a legible copy of the receipt they say it is invalid because they couldn't read a very legible copy. Even though my e-mail and home address were provided no contact was made by GE. GE Profile rebate was advertized as $500 which suddenly became $300. After a long phone call I got to a customer service rep who told me I would get a check in 12 weeks. Office Depot should promise guaranteed consumer frustration when they sell performance plans that offer replacement of the product that cannot be fixed. What they do not tell you is that it will take constant calls-2-3 times per week for months before they will finally honor the plan. Excuses range from not registering the computer (we did) to errors on their part entering the computer style requiring us to fax copies of all receipts and plan information. Company has a new practice of re-routing any 5 star hotel & resort calls to the "soonest" available agent. QC (quality control) counts for nothing.
I work at the 5 star hotel desk. Their newest trick is lowering our bonus with inbound calls that management knows all too well come from sources that are a very high percentage of non revenue calls, in other words the callers on that phone # (almost) never make reservations.

I received the patches and they looked absolutely terrible. I contacted Stadri and they informed me that they could not refund my money. The patches look absolutely nothing like the sample. I have contacted them numerous times, and I still have not received a resolution to this problem. Hopefully my credit card will be able to help me out. In addition it is impossible to get a manager on the phone, and half the time nobody answers the phone. I would warn anyone from working with Stadri. When playing guitar hero 3 legends of rock fo xbox 360 my console scratched the disc. the disc is now unreadable and i have contacted the retailer who said it is microsoft or your responsibility to replace the broken product. i have tried microsoft who claim no responsibility and were most unhelpful. they say it is your responsibility to replace the damaged item. i hope you will be more helpfull than them.

This has happened for the third and last time. I order flowers online and paid the price listed. Within 2 days I receive an email from FTD, offering the same item on sale at huge savings. Me and my family of (5) members went to baskin robbins 31 flavor wedsnday 4/30/2008 @ 8:45 pm in honor of the .31 cent scoop night. the limit was 10 scoops per person.
