I have had hughesnet for about 3 months. I am sick to my stomach. I bought the pro package that says I would be getting up to 1000 down and 200 up on downloads. I got an email that said "as seen on Oprah" free trial. I filled out the information INCLUDING my credit card number and never completed the registration when I saw the amount would be $79.95 AFTER the free trial. On April 23 I was involved in a accident and the lady that ran the stop sign had her insurance provide me with a car. Small complaint..I actually was impressed how Kmart has changed since the last time I was in your store. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough check out folks, so two people were dealing with very long lines and frusterated folks. The two fols ringing were also hadneling returns. I have worked retail and I know there are times when you become unexpectedly busy, but I do recall this happened last time. Fraud alert!! These people were charging my Credit card without any prior knowledge of mine. I never heard of these people before today. When you call their number, the same person answers the phone as that of one stop grant. These people are scammers!! I have not recieved the rebate. It has been three months now. I DID do exactly as the paperwork requested. Last time I checked the rebate process it told me it was processing. Today I checked it and it says no rebate on file/could by found either by the phone number or by my name. What gives?
