I had bought my computer at Circuit City and got the extended warranty on it. Therefore I thought it would be a good thing to take it back to them in case they had to use the warranty to fix it. We have an 04 Revolution and have had the usual problems, But there are two problems that we can't seem to get Fleetwood to deal with. I have called and talked to them several times. 1: the large slide is so under powered that sometimes I have to have my wife push the button while me and friends push on the slide to get it in. Worthless instrument, extremely poor customer service. This product was ordered by my senior citizen mother who truly thinks she has been scammed! The product was not what it claimed at all, the "cordless" drill gift with purchase had a power cord and the s/h was more than the product itself! The advertisement showed the user standing upright during the use of this product, but a person would have to be less than 4 feet tall to stand erect and use this auger. These great individuals promise a unique online network marketing program and website promotion. They turn out to be a pyramid scam like Amway or the like ... which is alright for the willing but only if others can get on your site. Mine never worked, but they were happy to charge my Visa for the service of "bending over" for them. I have also had horrible problems with this Health Club. I called the 'corporate headquarters' at 212-734-9717 in 2/08 to inform them that I was pregnant and would no longer be able to use my membership (which was due to expire in 3/08). I am completely disgusted by Direct Merchant and their protection of costumers. A few months back I received charges amounting to $300 that were not by me. Evidentially they were made by some fishing tour company in Aruba stating that I no showed a reservation. I have been trying to get one $6.00 replacement standard left runner for my Set It and Forget It since November 2007. I have a packing slip dated 1/7/08 Order # 00023817 that came with the right runner not the left! I have been trying ever since to get the correct part. I have talked with 4 different customer service representatives and one Supervisor beginning in the first part of April until the present. In the information provided on their website, I did not see any place where it was mentioned that the picture was significantly reduced to a maximum of 640x480 pixels, making it impossible to print a photo with any quality and clarity. Nutro products offered a rebate for purchasing a 3lb bag of Max Cat to receive the cost of the bag of cat food funded in a rebate check. I purchased the cat food and mailed it out the same day. Today, May 8, 2008 I received my check in the mail for $8.00. The cat food receipt clearly states that my purchase was $8.49 with a $.79 sales tax. I purchased a very expensive extended auto service warranty which claims to be bumper to bumber to protect my engine and other electrical and mechanical components on the engine of my 2002 Corvette convertible. However, it seems that when there is some part that is screwed onto the engine (Air injection engine check valve) which sends a "check engine" light to the onboard computer in my car, that part of the engine is not covered by my warranty because it is not a "lubricated part" of the engine. Tech arrived to find out why the 8yr old dryer was leaving small brown stains on our white clothes. After 45 seconds Tech said that it was the dryer sheets (bounce) we used. Since Dec. 2007, we have been charged for long distance calls we did not make. I have had to call At&t every month since trying to correct the issue. I was made to pay full amount up front befor dress was made. It was supposed to be there in January but did not arrive until March. My wedding was in april. It was the wrong dress. I received my mobile phone bill (Sprint PCS) today and discovered that the bill is as twice as bigger than it was supposed to be; the reason is that I was charged for the service I never ordered(something like CSW: Ringers); moreover, I got charged twice for the same thing ($9.99 on 04/26 and $9.99 on 04/27). This company currently has job postings on many different career websites for an entry-level position. It sounds like a legitimate marketing company with an opportunity to 'move up quickly" within the company. They are not who they say they are.
