I read all the literature on the new hologen bulbs and believed all the thinks they said about them lasting longer and using less energy. I replaced all my bulbs with them about 4 months ago and have never seem a drop in my electric bill and already I have having to replace bulbs. I am very much harassed from Timer Warner service. Time warner charged me $44 since i booked this order from broadbandnation website they mentioned $29.99 per month i need my money back i have a from broandandnation (bridgevine) website. Time Warner and Bridgevine both are saying they are not responsible for the money that they charged. These people lost one of my costly woolen sweater first time they gave the clothes to me. When I complained them they never gave money back or any compensation. Recently they have once again lost or stolen two of my tops and when I called and complained to them with the ticket number they are so rude and telling that I am lying. Customer service horrible. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, and 3 days later still no package. I call and they say items on backorder, so I cancel the order. Then they go ahead and charge my credit card, refusing to refund my money, then decide to ship my package almost 3 weeks later. Collection agency called me after 5 yrs claiming that i still owe money from direct merchant bank. The claims that i stop making payments since 2003, last payment of $281. Bought vehicle from them in december 2006. From the very begging we have been lied to from getting wheels on our car, to refinancing, to trading in. We were told when we bought the vehicle if we got a cosigner and we made all the payments on time then after one year the car could be refinanced and the cosigner removed. I just like the others thought I would be getting this card to repair my already damaged credit. To my surprise as well I thought I was receiving a $300 credit limit as well. When in fact I actually had $53 dollars available on the card once in my possession. You know my credit was already in jeporady they just help it over the edge with those fee's they incurred $300 + $53 +$35 + $30= $418 now owed to this company. This product by fisherprice is a mechanical Backyardigans Doll and has moving parts. On many occasions the moving wheels have pinched the skin of both my children. I purchased a kitten from Elizabeth Largent and have had over 1500 in medical bills so far. He has a poor immune system and coughs a lot, sneezes, diarea, etc. He has been on meds for the whole 5 months that we have had him. She has said many times that she would refund the shipping of 126$ for him to go towards his med bills and send medicine and supplements and I haven't received anything from her. I am finally posting a complaint forewarning all about Sears PartsDirect after many experiences of similar poor performance in getting parts for Sears Kenmore appliances. Central Coast Pathology runs a multi-location pathology group along the central coast of California. Numerous outages of our phones and internet caused us to leave their service. We always seemed to get the song and dance that our outage was a rarity and it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the promise was only lip service. We later found out that Call America was not even in control of their own network and used a third party for internet access. I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this organization. They sell themselves as providing personal matchmaking services with an assigned counselor who works with you to find appropriate matches. In the 2 months since I joined ($1350 fee!) I would like to file a complaint on the Fuquay-Varina Peak Fitness and the whole corporation. I was conned into a contract by the staff at this gym. I was told that i was paying for one year and getting a second year free and come to find out this was false. I also was never informed on the firefighter dicount after telling him many times i was a member. On October 23 2006 I signed a contract with American Vision windows for delivery of 5 windows. the contract said the world would be completed in 4-6 weeks and the sales man offered me one year no interest terms.
